This is a big month for applied knowledge, Cancer, when your curiosity is at its peak and when you might be able to take what you have gathered and use it to good purpose as you continue to steer your life into new directions. This has been a year of transformation and growth, and this month also adds to this evolutionary thrust, and contributes to pursuing your deepest intentions for yourself in terms of outer accomplishment. Potentially brilliant ideas contribute to your higher mind agenda for a vision of meaningful change. Your thoughts are original and even startling; it is an excellent time to be thinking outside of any particular box. You are also likely to be adopting a more service-oriented sense of responsibility toward active partners in your life and toward the surrounding society at large.
As the month begins, you have a strong focus on relationship with important others in your life, including family members. The recent Full Moon eclipse took place in Libra, corresponding to your sector of home and family, and you are likely still exploring the ramifications of this recent impulse toward tribal connection with extended or localized family, and your dwelling space. Then, too, the recent Last Quarter Moon of the 31st was strong on partnership, emphasizing the way that your relationship dynamic has been transforming. You have always looked up to important others in your life, and have likely been in a mode of nurturance with them as well, as befits your sign, and so there are adjustments to be made in order to engineer a graceful amalgamation with an individualistic streak that is also very much part of your current attitude. These two ideas, of rabid individualism and of partnering up with significant others in your life, seem antithetical and yet there is a way that they can combine for the mutual advantage of both approaches.
You are also geared toward mental brilliance now. In this first week of April you may find that ideas come so readily to your awareness as to provide a constant backdrop for all your thoughts and actions, and this becomes even more of an established pattern with the quite powerful New Moon of April 7th. This is a time as well when future plans take on added significance for you; there might be some untried and hitherto unconsidered roads ahead of you that your feet are suddenly itching for. The presence of Jupiter in your communications sector is also quite strong, lending positive ideas and an optimistic view of all your possibilities. It may therefore not be the time to go conservative and miss out, although there is a grounding element to your current astrology also, with the powerful presence of Saturn in square with the prominent Jupiter placement. All in all, this is a fabulous time to break out of existing ruts or a habitual stance that has lost its utility. While staying practical about what you can really pull off, you are ready to explode into new directions that are more consistent with your deepest soul intention.
