Your future is summoning you, Taurus, and your own creativity responding, as has been true for many weeks now. With the advent of this new month, your deep unconscious process is fully up for you as well — so that you might find that mystical realities are more present to you than anything else you might be tempted to consider 'real.' The unknown and largely unacknowledged part of your psyche that lies hidden behind and beyond the stricter regimens of your conscious mind is fecund and inviting. You disregard the urges of this inner world to your peril. Your dreams are not only the thoughts of this vast realm, but are messages from your higher Self. This is a call to action of a very different and far more rewarding variety than the dictates of consensus thinking or your own early conditioning might indicate.
As the month begins, you are investigating cosmic consciousness from an interior perspective, and tuning in to your interior self in many different ways. This is a time of rapid-fire transformation for worldview, inner exploration, and creative self-expression. You could encounter painful places within you that have been buried away in the deepest reaches of your psyche, the residue of old trauma, poorly digested, from early in your life, at a time when you had no protective response available and therefore suppressed the event and even the painful memory of it. You win when you face these dark places of prior wounding head on, with acceptance rather than judgment, and with a generous heart space rather than blame or shame. You have a more thoughtful response that is available to you now when you can remain open to it. You are slowly migrating throughout this current month to a more introspective and inclusive attitude, as fresh realizations continue to come to you along with the prospect for major changes to further unfold.
As this current monthly cycle continues, you may come to find that whatever you need is available when you search for it inside yourself. This is a bold statement, to be sure; you might nevertheless find it to be true for you when you take a good hard look at this month's journey, which involves a stationing Mars in your intimacy sector. This implies a slowing down in matters of the heart, and a compensating acceleration for the rich rewards to be found in inner exploration. You are also preparing throughout the month for the retrograde of Mercury through your sign, lasting from the 28th of April through to the end of May, once you take the period of the retrograde shadow into account. Mercury stations to direct motion on May 22nd and does not escape its retrograde shadow until June 7th. This is therefore a very introspective period of time for you, from mid-month onward, for seven weeks or more.
