Aquarius Horoscope (January 20 - February 18)

The time for action has arrived, but not with the slam-bang of your typical adventure movie. Issues of self and other color your world, as you find a mystical place to stand amidst the hard-nose realities of the political universe that surrounds you. Resources are abundant to exactly the extent that you allow yourself to see them that way. If you are formulating your plans based on the most optimistic assessments then you are essentially correct, although you could also be struggling a bit more than planned with your self-concept. You may be all that you want to be but then why pay so much attention to anyone else's viewpoint? The only way to win through is paradoxically to surrender utterly.

As the month begins, you are entering yet another phase of your on-going focus on partnership with significant others in your life and how that process affects your own self-concept. There is a fuzziness lately to how you feel about yourself as well as potential confusion regarding your goals and in the way that you get your point across. The Lunar Eclipse Full Moon in your resources sector may help you to make sense of what you are trying for at the moment. This is a time when you are more ready than usual to fully show yourself to others around you, and when you may find that you can transcend the chaos by accepting the various paradoxes of your existence. The little mind has to be rational, and that leads to suffering since life doesn't come in such neat packages. On the other hand there is room for expansion and growth when you allow yourself to be taken away from simple logic by the larger vision encompassed in the powerful energies swirling around you right now. Once you accept all your possibilities you can go back to playing the game with more confidence. There is a vibrant future out there waiting to be enjoyed when you can allow yourself to open to it. The Mercury station in the following week may further stabilize your grip on the mundane reality that underlies the cosmic turmoil. A firm base allows your mind to roam more freely. By the time of the Last Quarter Moon of the following weekend, you are beginning to accept limitation as training wheels on the vehicle of your larger mission. This month is all about getting past petty disagreements with the way your life is laid out for you and just getting on with it. This process will undoubtedly be enhanced by the Solar Eclipse and New Moon of Sunday, March 18th. This time of renewed possibility also comes with a price tag in terms of letting go of whatever concepts no longer serve you in your climb to the top of your particular mountain. It's easier to get ahead without all that excess baggage that you were probably going to discard anyway when you arrived. You win when you turn gratefully to the stream of well-being impinging on your life and accept it all, right down to the parts that did not match your original conception.
