Aquarius Horoscope (January 20 - February 18)
Fixed Air. Your ruling planets are Uranus and Saturn.

This is an exciting month for visioning your possibilities, Aquarius, although not necessarily for acting on that vision. Mercury is retrograde in your sector of future plans, making this a better time for research than for activity � except for furthering what has already been previously conceived. With Neptune activated in your sign as well, your basic attitude is more than just a bit nebulous and you might very well be confused. Still this moment of enhanced vision steers you toward your ultimate destination; you only have to let go of expectations. You are finding your way to a new world that is opening up before you perhaps as soon as next year, and it is likely to be so new and so different that you will hardly recognize yourself.

As the month begins, you are feeling your way forward into what seems like an essentially new world, or at least a world that is very different from the place you knew as recently as six months ago. So much has happened over the course of this year that you find yourself in a different state of knowledge than earlier, both professionally and personally. The recent New Moon eclipse from the end of last month took place in your sector of wishes and plans for the future, as well as of the group associations that you cherish that in actual fact enable you to get there, and it has you dreaming about your possibilities. This current vision is important, but since Mercury is also retrograde, it is not a good time to push the river; instead it is better to wait a bit for the dust to settle before moving on anything that is a brand-new concept. It is difficult to hold yourself back but it might be important to store your energy up for a more emphatic push after the beginning of the year. Impetuousness is great but caution also has its advantages, and so too does erring on the conservative rather than the impulsive side. The First Quarter Moon of late Thursday night, December 1st, and early Friday morning, brings a certain degree of tension into your process. Interpersonal connections become important although there could be some sharp exchanges too, especially when security issues are involved. If you do get triggered it helps to remember that it �s always a good idea to count to ten before making any particular statement. This configuration is dynamic and also spurs you to activity of one kind or another. It might feel like you have to do something, go somewhere or if you don�t you�ll feel extremely restless. It is important that you follow your instincts and allow your body to have its say, but it might be better not to commit to a new plan of action until after the retrograde has passed, or ideally not until after the end of the year. With the Full Moon of Saturday, December 10th, which is a more powerful moment for you by virtue of being another eclipse, you reach a plateau of energy that might allow your emotions to settle and your creativity to kick in. This can be a time of great ideas, and for finding a conduit to inner wisdom. The Last Quarter Moon of Saturday, December 17th, brings you to a time of summing up what has gone before. It is well to check in with yourself at this time, as you might have a different take on things now that your ruler Mercury has returned to direct motion. You are engaged in storing up the accumulated wisdom of this period and eventually using it as a springboard for future plans. The extremely powerful New Moon of Saturday, December 24th, which is also Christmas Eve, again takes you to regard inner rather than outer solutions as the best medicine. As you strive for better thoughts and ideas regarding your situation you come as well to better communication of their essence to others around you.
