Aquarius Horoscope (January 20 - February 18)
Fixed Air. Your ruling planets are Uranus and Saturn.

You are in a search for knowledge, Aquarius, but not of the usual kind. This is a time of fuzzy logic, not of scientific approach, at least not in the way that science is currently defined by the culture at large. A soul perspective has taken you over, and a tolerance for paradox, and although your ideas continue to come fast and furious, the most intelligent manner of regarding your life right now would be to regard it as a consuming passion to penetrate the mystery. You are on a huge learning curve, foraging for strange information that is nevertheless crucial to figuring out your world and your pathway through it. The new understanding that is beginning to emerge far outweighs any physical manifestation in terms of bricks laid down or dollars and cents built up.

As the month begins, you are coming across to others in a new way, the result of much restless searching over the past few weeks and even months. You are still feeling the pizzazz from the powerful Aries New Moon that took place on March 22nd and that in an important sense defines the present monthly cycle. This gives you energy for communicating with others around you in all forms, spoken as well as written. The perspective of others is very valuable to you now as a method of informing your own. With Mercury still retrograde or in its retrograde shadow for most of April, this is also a great time to journal your thoughts in a form of communication with your innermost self. Mercury changes to direct motion on the 4th and crosses back into your communication sector on the 16th, and fully recover its lost Zodiacal ground on the 23rd. Until thus escaping its retrograde shadow, or a few days before, your communicative outreach is somewhat muted and you inhabit a more internal stance. The retrograde of Mars is also important to note, as he continues passing backward through your intimacy sector, stationing on the 13th. Your energy for intimate connection is therefore in review, transforming into a more thoughtful and compassionate embrace of the other as an essential part of your own process. There is in general taking place within you now a wider and deeper acceptance of yourself at all levels. This is perhaps the most valuable result of this intensely internal time period. With the Full Moon of Friday, April 6th, you are reaching for a plateau of accord and harmony. There is a saying that to understand all is to forgive all, and it applies equally to your understanding of yourself. There are places within you that you still do not fully accept, perhaps the residue of childhood trauma, and these are crying out for a better internal connection with your more conscious thought process. If you can achieve this integration and connection within yourself you will be by far the richer for it. That the resulting harmony is hard-fought rather than easily arrived at makes it all the sweeter when you finally surmount the challenges involved and arrive. The Last Quarter Moon of Friday, April 13th, is another testing time, when you will be engaged in once more revisiting and revising your estimation of the meaning of recent events. Although you are still operating on a more or less internal level, communication with others around you is vital now as you realign your perspective and come to new conclusions regarding your beliefs and the resulting contribution that you make to the world at large. With the advent of another powerful New Moon taking place on Saturday, April 21st, in your sector of home and family, you are making further strides toward personal evolution that is consistent with soul purpose. As you find fresh energy for your purpose you come one or two steps further into wholeness and begin to see in the product of your efforts your high ideals dramatized in the culture that surrounds you.
