Aquarius Horoscope (January 20 - February 18)
Fixed Air. Your ruling planets are Uranus and Saturn.

This is a time of creativity and romantic idealism, Aquarius, and yet somehow a time of great practicality as well when it comes down to making your choices. Your viewpoint on life and love is shifting rapidly. It�s true that you can get carried away these days with the beauty of your conception, but you find that everything goes better with a touch of caution added into the mix. The contrast might be one to drive you crazy if you weren�t in some sense there already. There is a complex lesson here � and it might morph into the very one that you master � that by staying in touch with paradox you actually do yourself a good turn, putting the little mind to rest in favor of the largest possible perspective on your situation.

As the month begins, you are coming into yourself in a new way, a way that involves a more profound and also a more dire picture than the one to which you usually give credence. You are finding the counter to surface charm and inner detachment in going to a deeper place within yourself that ultimately reveals who you really are under the surface. Paradoxically it makes you in the end even more charming. This is true whenever you connect with the more subterranean parts of yourself, those frequently misunderstood or even totally unknown parts that actually underlie and give rise to the more accessible side of your personality. There is rather large perspective shift taking place within you now, and In the process you might come to recognize that for all your conscious awareness your action is only partly voluntary; a large piece of everything that you do comes from inner promptings of one kind or another. And one important way that you get activated is from the wounding of the past that comes back to haunt you in the present moment, but as knee-jerk reaction rather than considered response. You have the opportunity now to get in better touch with these distant shores of your personality contained right there within you but oh so very difficult sometimes to reach. With the Lunar Eclipse and Full Moon of Monday, June 4th, you are feeling the sharpness and the evolutionary necessity of your situation. There is something in your relations with others that has got to give, for far too long has been held in a kind of suspended state, like sleeping beauty awaiting the lover�s kiss. There is a way perhaps that you have come to recognize that the lover is within you, a cut-off portion of your own intensity that you have disinherited and refused a place at your table. The Last Quarter Moon of the week following, taking place on Monday, June 11th, brings out the triumphs and also the trials and uncertainties of this period. It is coming to you now that there is a way that you must rearrange your thinking. You have gotten good at letting go but circumstances are speaking out loud and clear to you that you have got to start getting even better. Your presence in the world depends on that, and, paradoxically, the more surrender you can manifest the more you regain control of your own destiny. The New Moon of Tuesday, June 19th, brings fresh energy to the struggle to realign yourself in a way that permits of more necessary movement. You must recognize at some point that the lifeboat you are wondering whether to take has already left the stanchion and been cast upon the sea, for better or worse, so that you gain nothing by delaying any longer. The last week of the month is as powerfully intense as its beginning but at least you know now that you are playing for all the important marbles and that they are not anymore to be found in the trivialities of consensus so-called thinking.
