Aries Horoscope (March 21 - April 19)
Cardinal Fire. Your ruling planet is Mars.

This is another month of getting serious about your opportunities as well as potential challenges, Aries. You are coming into a new form of accommodation to your destiny in this post-birthday time period. Your work in the world begins to blend with your values and more importantly with your highest purpose for yourself as you are coming to understand it. There has been a serious movement on your part lately to find the key that will unlock your future self, and you will surely wind up a little closer as this monthly cycle unfolds. It pays to remember that while easy is fun, what is difficult poses the more interesting questions and gives you the chance to rise above.

As the month begins, you are coming into a new relationship with your own inner universe and by reflection with the outer one that surrounds you as well. Over the past few weeks you have experienced a time of dreaming awareness and closer connection to your unconscious process even as you managed your outer world presence so effectively over the previous monthly cycle. This phase is coming to a close with this current month, and you are definitely more available to the world around you. The advent of the May 5th New Moon in your resources sector represents a symbolic new beginning. You are planting your seed for future growth, based on your recent excursion through the depths of your soul and back out again, and showing up in the world around you in an entirely different way as a result. The First Quarter Moon of Sunday, May 11th, could represent some bumpiness in the road of your progress. You are busily engaged at this time in taking otherworldly points of view more firmly into account even as you plot your future course in an entirely practical fashion. The Full Moon of Monday, May 19th, is another time of potential trial for you, when the day-to-day routine could seem overwhelming, and when you are finding your way towards a new philosophical underpinning for your sense of where you are concretely heading. When Mercury retrogrades another week later, on the 26th, you will have plenty of food for thought for the process of internal discovery that you are currently engaged in. Of course inner and outer are two sides of the very same coin, but amidst the chaos and confusion of the world at large it is difficult to recognize this simple fact. Your relationship to authority is also changing as you start to come into your own sense of authority, in your own way. You may encounter conflicts with authority or parental figures in your life as a reflection of your inner struggle with ancient patterns that are more than ready to work themselves out.
