Aries Horoscope (March 21 - April 19)
Cardinal Fire. Your ruling planet is Mars.

This is a month of contrasts for you, Aries, in which you alternately embrace both the public and the private sides of your nature. You are making amazing progress through September with fitting yourself into the social matrix that surrounds you, and with finding the one true task to which you are summoned in this lifetime. Your process at this time revolves around and draws substance from your potent inner work throughout this period, which has a surprising power to light your way forward, enhancing your vision with a deep perspective that can only come from accepting yourself at all levels.

As the month begins, you find yourself very invested in partnership interaction and in service to the larger collective whole from which you imbibe your strength. If you have been unbalanced in the past along the lines to too great a self-involvement, then this is your opportunity for balance. If you pay careful attention to the spiritual concept "we are all one" than the concerns of others are obviously central to your own. Yet, you must still find a way to mediate between taking care of others' needs and equally taking care of your own. The First Quarter Moon of Sunday, September 7th may prove to be a frame for working out some of these issues, and also provide a flair of optimism in pursuing your outer world agenda, which is generally going quite well these days. At this juncture, you may need to temper confidence with caution and find a happy middle ground between extremes of either one. The Full Moon that follows a week later, on Monday, September 15th, packs a punch. You may find that lightening-like flashes from your deep intuitional center provide many insights just now. Your arc of development during this monthly period is service-oriented, wherein you are attempting through one means or another to find a higher purpose in what you do in the world, and in how you fit yourself into the cogs of the machinery of positive change for the surrounding social matrix. This mid-month period may prove to be a time of recognition of these deeper motivating factors, as you also work out many factors in your own life through the agency of significant partners. You are essentially confronting self through other this entire time. The Last Quarter Moon takes place on Sunday, September 21st, and is a thoughtful time of additional insight, accompanied as it is by a slowing Mercury in your relationship sector. You are taking an important stand for yourself at this time, and seeking balance also, looking more deeply into issues. The Fall Equinox of the 22nd tunes you further in to partnership and balance. Mercury retrogrades two days later. This last week of the month is therefore a self-reflective period when many of the themes of the preceding three weeks will come clear and when it makes more sense to meditate on where you are going and why than to actively put your effort into getting there. Especially after the New Moon of the 29th you are exploring what partnership means to you in the larger context of your life path as a whole.
