Aries Horoscope (March 21 - April 19)
Cardinal Fire. Your ruling planet is Mars.

This is an amazing and magical month for you, Aries, one that miraculously puts you in better touch with the concretely real world and at the same time also takes you closer to the imaginal one that underlies it. You are full to the brim with action orientation that yet allows Spirit to come dancing into the equation. Throughout this time, as you revel in feeling both responsible and expansive, there are surprising consequences that sneak up on you from below. You are trusting in God while making sure in another part of your brain that you still remember to tie up your camel.

As the month begins, you are extremely energized both for achievement in the outer, physical world and for inner metamorphosis as well. You are initiating in this New Year a series of massive transformations in the way that you show up for everyone outside or yourself, and for the way that you conduct yourself in business and financial arrangements also. There is a new sense of responsibility and also a feeling of play and wonder that accompanies your steps at this time. You are in some ways perhaps disappointed that what you accurately feel to be infinite possibility cannot be fully realized, but you experience also the joy of knowing deep within your heart that at least some part of it can be brought down to earth into concrete manifestation. By the time of the First Quarter Moon, taking place early in the month on Sunday, January 4th, you are superficially in conflict between public goals and private ones, and between the ideal and the real, but there is a deeper sense of resolution underlying all this that is also a factor in your emotional make-up at this time. You win when you bow to the necessity for complete ownership of what you are about. It will not work any longer to blame others or even yourself for what doesn't measure up. It's an active time, when you are making a powerful stand for yourself, but only as far as this stand is in total alignment with your highest purpose. The Full Moon a week further on, taking place on Saturday, January 10th, is accompanied by the retrograde of Mercury a day later, and signals both the exacerbation of anything that does not fit and an affirmation of what truly does. With Mercury retrograding through your sector of future plans and societal connection, the last half of the month and on into February will be spent thinking and re-thinking your goals and agendas for the coming year. You might want to be careful in setting out on any brand new idea at this time, since some or even all of the parameters will likely change after Mercury regains its lost zodiacal ground on February 21st. The Solar Eclipse of the last week of the month, taking place on Sunday night and Monday morning the 25th and 26th, will generate plenty of energy for breaking through previous limitations and charging ahead into a brave new world, hopefully along the lines that you have been dreaming up over the entire thirty-day cycle that preceded it.
