Aries Horoscope (March 21 - April 19)
Cardinal Fire. Your ruling planet is Mars.

This is an exuberant period of time for you Aries. There�s lots of everything in your world right now, including big changes. But quantity is not enough to satisfy you right now; you are concentrating on values, trying to find the fit that works, the magic formula that will incorporate the cogwheels of your life and of what you love to do into the greater machinery of the society around you. As your idealized vision soars you are also very mindful of the practical concerns that enable it to become real. You may be taking a retiring and philosophical stance on all this, especially after the 6th when Mercury retrogrades for the remainder of the month in your resources sector. It pays to remember that you are history in the making, forever ancient and forever golden youthful.

As the month begins, you are in a soft and gentle mood. With your ruler Mars in conjunction with Venus, relationship is on your mind. Your values are melding into a mixture of what you believe to be possible and what you desire to be. Idealism comes into the picture as you mentally explore what is possible for you looking forward into the future. You are daring to dream big at this time, both for yourself and for significant partnerships in your life, even if it does feel a little scary at times. During the first full week of the month, following the First Quarter Moon of Friday, May 1st, you are reinventing yourself in the light of new information about what in your life concretely works, seeking a solid connection with future endeavor that matches your highest purpose for yourself and becoming quite serious about achieving these goals. Your communication is more internal than external as you mull over your potential and reflect on where you are headed, this time around, especially with the mid-week retrograde of Mercury in your communication sector. This indicates that the rest of the month makes a great time for journaling and introspection, and for research or following through, but not such a good period for moving forward with fresh initiatives. These would likely change direction or even reverse themselves by late June. The Full Moon of Friday May 8th feels like a release, providing that you can allow it to flow over you. Transformation is in the cards for you right now. You are coming into yourself in a new way and by this time it is beginning to show. Putting yourself out there for social goals that you can really believe in might either conflict somehow with relationship fulfillment or you might find a way to harmonize these areas of your life. The following weekend and the days following, beginning May 16th , coincides with one peak of the Mercury retrograde energy, when outer world events seem to go wrong and when the spiritual meaning has perhaps a better chance of coming through. The New Moon of Sunday, May 24th, also represents a time of great changes internally as well as externally, and could be your best chance to alert yourself to the direction that your life is going in order that you can head that way with your heart and mind, as well as your unconscious process.
