Aries Horoscope (March 21 - April 19)
Cardinal Fire. Your ruling planet is Mars.

This is a season of personal transformation for you, Aries. Your self-expression is blossoming and purposeful, and it's a sexy time for you to be alive. Partners are helpful at this time, but perhaps the most important lesson that they supply you with right now is that for the vital aspects of your development you must go it alone. You are seeking a tremendous ideal of service to the greater collective that seems like a necessity rather than a whim, and it is changing you from the inside out. A year from now or even six months, and you'll barely recognize yourself.

As the month begins, you are alert to the changes that have been going on lately, with you, and with the world around you. This is indeed a profound and exciting time, when much that has been established over past years and even decades is subject to review and outright revision. Within your own personal space, the dawn of a new era is upon you. It begins with a concept of right relationship and continues with a thorough-going transformation of all that you do in the world as a reflection of what you hold deep inside you. Your vision is activated now for a better tomorrow, as has been the case all year; and in the course of this month you will find that the time has come to really step up to the plate and deliver. The first week of the month, through the weekend and leading up to the Last Quarter Moon of Tuesday, December 8th, is an interesting and thought-provoking time, when your perspective is shifting still further, brought on by the rush of events. The days surrounding the 8th constitute a time when the wisdom of your choices really comes to bear upon you; you are more fully conscious of what no longer works for you – without however necessarily coming to a solution. Partnership is powerful at this time, alerting you to the necessity for changes to the structure of your relationships and regarding your own career goals as well. When the New Moon comes along on the following Wednesday, December 16th, it signals a fresh start in conceptualizing your world. Your vision for the future is strong now, and might be powerful enough to sweep away before it every objection, so that it becomes very important to honor the small voice of critical thinking that is also present in you, perhaps expressed by significant others. This mid-month period is a powerful time, when many things will become clearer, and when action stalls in the face of introspection and deep thinking. The Winter Solstice of Monday, December 21st, is significant for you also and is preceded by one day with the retrograde of your ruler, Mars, which lasts for several months into March of 2010. During this time your natural inclination will be less rash than your normal impetuosity, so be prepared for that. You haven't lost anything, you are just regrouping. You can use this time most profitably in examining the changes for yourself and for the world around you as we prepare to exit the first of three climactic years leading up to 2012. Each one is a further stage of transformation, for you and for everyone else. In this year-end time, the necessity for deep and dramatic change in both personal and collective life is getting more and more obvious. All during Christmas week the tension builds, highlighted by the First Quarter Moon of Thursday, Christmas Eve, December 24th. The New Years Eve eclipse and Full Moon of December 31st represents another very powerful time in a powerful turning of the year, as we open up the box of 2010 and all that it might involve, and entail.
