Transformation is in the air for you this month, Cancer, and it involves significant partners in your life as well as a new turning in your own journey, independent of relationship with others. The Lunar Eclipse of February 9th is quite powerful a one for you, bringing up old issues of intimacy, and of self and other, and you will find new ways to move through some important knots in your life path that have resisted untangling, until now. Your personal ducks will be in a row sometime after the final week of the month has worked its magic.

As the month begins, you are still feeling the aftermath of the Solar Eclipse from the end of January in your sector of personal transformation. Since your ruler is the Moon, and the Moon eclipses the Sun in this instance, it is in any case a powerful time for you, lasting over the 30-day period of this lunation and even beyond. The energy comes in waves. Jupiter is favorable for you and is part of the eclipse energy. This opens doors that were previously only a crack. There is likely to be some important future event or life cycle that awaits you, dimly seen at first, that you will become more directly aware of over the next thirty days. The first two weeks of this lunation cycle build to their climax on Monday, February 9th, with the Lunar Eclipse. Naturally this is also an important time for you, with an additional emphasis on self-reliance. You are busy this month exploring limits on connection, where healthy boundaries can be established for your benefit. There is currently a push-pull in this area for you; in some ways, the boundaries are actually dissolving between yourself and others, especially intimate others. It is a very transforming time. Compassion for significant partners in your life is just one of the up-side consequences. Another is a better acceptance of tribal connection all around, and of what it means to be a partner, how that can very concept can have a wider and more inclusive definition for you. These are the boundaries dissolving. What is equally important is the boundaries being asserted, perhaps in a new way. When conditioning is transcended and the artificial limitations of fear and lack of trust dissolve, it is a great thing, but new boundaries must also be established, based on self-understanding and a better sense of security, and that is the important process with which you are currently engaged. It might be that old patterns of intimate connection will also come up for you at this time, for recognition and acceptance. If so, this will prove to be an important part of your movement toward integration of all the disparate parts of yourself. This powerful Full Moon brings this process to a head, and allows you to get a glimpse of creative solutions on the path you are climbing. The remaining days of the month represent is some sense a follow-through on the first ten. The Last Quarter Moon of the 16th will be another crucial moment of time when it will be possible to get much clearer concerning your true objectives, and when action in support of your own unique life path will be called for, as you put your money where your heart is and really begin to walk your talk. The Pisces New Moon of Tuesday, February 24th, leads you toward greater illumination of these issues and of your place in great Mandala of earthly existence.
