You are feeling the rush, Cancer. You are all go-power right now with the urge to get things done, and to show yourself to best advantage. You may also be feeling a good deal of energy from significant partners in your life, who are perhaps making a play for control or for greater recognition. Your nurturing is legendary, but the way you manage partnership and peer-to-peer connection is changing. Groups that you are constructively engaged with are also in need of your sustenance, so that you have further wrinkles to work out before everyone, including yourself, is satisfied. You are asking some major questions about how to find an equal footing with the important others in your life, perhaps seeking a new way to balance the competing demands of connection and separation.

As the month begins, you are exploring your sense of who you are and your creative self-expression also. This is your birthday time of the year after all, and it is definitely your turn to make a grab for the limelight. At this time you are also concerned with the transformation of self that is implied by the changing dynamics of relationship in your life, both with significant others in your universe and in terms of a spiritual bond between yourself and your own inner guidance. This is a monthly period when you might also find yourself exploring issues of old woundings that remain buried in your unconscious process and come upon you from below, as it were. Such residue of ancient trauma can leave traces in your behavior that seem anomalous so that it might be difficult to ascertain the root causes. Clarity regarding these issues is obviously extremely beneficial and might even be something that is coming up for you during this period of time. The Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse of Tuesday, July 7th, is a powerful time for you, since the Moon is your ruler. This Full Moon speaks to you of relationship, since the Moon in Capricorn opposes the Sun, across the Zodiac from your own sign. You are focusing this entire month on the significant partners in your life, and how you mediate the connection between you and them, and this week would definitely represent one highlight of this energy, when you are more aware than usual of the ongoing transformation that is occurring for you in this area. This is also a time when you will very likely see the potential conflicts between spiritual and practical concerns. You have tremendous energy at this time to remake your agenda for social goals that you have, but you must always come back to the connection with your deep internal process as you do so. With the Last Quarter Moon of the middle of the following week, taking place on Wednesday, July 15th, you are taking a long hard look at what can be concretely accomplished in a way that is consistent with this spiritual imperative. You are making a stand for yourself right now, but it must be the right stand. The New Moon and Solar Eclipse of the 21st signals another extremely potent period of time, when you are firming up the basis for your security, again consistent with these higher principles. There are undoubtedly issues of past trauma and its aftermath that could come up for you at this time, perhaps reflecting the departure from consensus thinking that is often necessary in order to take a fresh approach to these and to gracefully move through them. If not now then later; there is always plenty of time for the important things to work themselves out, once you are aware of them.
