The hits just keep on coming, Cancer. Another in a series of amazing months gets off to a powerful start with the New Moon on its first weekend, when for you there is an almost fated sense of destiny unfolding. You are finally beginning to get clear, relationship-wise, and also regarding where in the world you might be headed. Your ideas are the driving force of your transformation now, but what begins in the head ends up in the heart or it is wasted. By the time of the Winter Solstice on the 21st you will see the world essentially remolding itself around you, and closer to your innermost desire. You will be redefining and re-imagining the nuances of partnership connection for the next several weeks, well into the New Year.

As the month begins, you are settling into a new conception of yourself and of your surroundings, and mulling over the process of increasing awareness that you find yourself in the midst of right now. A spiritual impulse deep within you has been triggered by the Full Moon of last month, and the final ten days of November that included the beginning of the American holiday season. You are feeling the impact of the powerful outer planet transits that accompanied that configuration and that enabled you to suddenly see further into what you might consider your life's work, at least as far as you can know it at this point in time. The New Moon of the current month takes place on Sunday, December 5th, in the sector of your discipleship to your highest purpose for yourself, and it brings up many and varied ideas and feelings, allowing you to see your situation with greater scope and clarity. You are also endowed now with a strong imagination that can take the form of over-idealization and even self-deception. Relationship with significant others in your life and even the way that your relationship dynamic plays out are up for massive transformation in this end-of-year period. Your concept of what you might eventually be equipped to take on in the way of service to others around you takes on new dimensions in this climactic month that leads into another year of big changes. You want to be of service, and yet you must think of yourself also. A place is opening up where you can conceive of these different requirements as one and the same concern. Mercury is retrograde since the 10th and you could be feeling the shift, as you once more redefine your relationship strategies and dynamics. A feisty energy is in the air so beware of over-reacting. You might also want to be on the lookout for shifts in perspective that suddenly make it all ok. The Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse of Monday, December 21st is a lulu. Your ruler, the Moon, is eclipsed at midnight and by morning has entered your sign.
