This is an interesting end-of-year period for you, Cancer. You continue to encounter a rather dizzying array of options opening up for you, so that you are tempted to entirely abandon previous foundations, but then again, not. Something in you also holds steady. Your motto right now is service, both to others and to the demands of your own inner journey that is definitely leading you somewhere important, if you could only begin to guess where that truly is. There are secrets to be discovered as you progress along the path that the cosmos is showing you the way toward, and although almost pre-ordained there is adventure in the journeying. You will not get there with your mind alone however; you win when you equally follow the dictates of your heart.

As the month begins, you are riding the wave of energy from the recent Solar Eclipse in your service sector, which noted astrologer Dane Rudhyar also termed �the discipleship to your Higher Self.� Since additionally, Mercury is also retrograde there right now, you are likely to be thinking over and then re-thinking your position in this regard. True service comes from working your own agenda, out of love, and not by yielding to the demands of others. The Sixth House of the chart is also referred to as the house of everyday life and daily work activities, as well as sickness and health, but it all boils down to finding a spiritual quality in the ordinary activity of your everyday world, whereby that experience is transformed. In your current situation that transformation seems to have much to do with the activity of important partners in your life as well as your own. The First Quarter Moon, taking place late on Thursday night, December 1st, and early Friday morning, represents a good opportunity for further considering where you are headed within your process. There could be obstacles that are thrown up against you at this time, and in the weekend following, that attempt to throw you off course but instead could have the result of causing you to commit even more deeply to your mission. There is a magic that is moving through you in these powerful days that leads you onward to where you ultimately need to go. Partnership in your life is a powerful factor now that can be of help, as long as you can amicably sort out where their perception of events ends and yours begins. The Full Moon of Saturday, December 10th, is a Lunar Eclipse and represents in some ways a culmination of everything that has gone before in the present cycle. Your thoughts are coming from such a deep place within you that they could feel alien at times, and yet are redolent of important truth for you to gather in. A crisis of belief is possible unless you can stay as open as possible to the information flooding your awareness from these mystical sources. There is a way that you can transcend every obstacle, even the corrosive attacks of self-doubt since in the final analysis these are shown to be imaginary and of no practical advantage. With the Last Quarter Moon of Saturday, December 17th, you are still busy reflecting on where you are going with your life right now, and why. Your imagination is still running on full-steam and can have either a positive or a negative flavor to it as you either idealize or else doubt your own sagacity and ability to find your own way forward. It helps to remember that triumph and adversity are equally false allies and to seek the bedrock of your inner guidance that will never fail you. With the advent of the Winter Solstice on the 21st, and later of the important New Moon of Saturday the 24th, which is Christmas Eve, partnership in your life takes on added significance as an adjunct to your own perspective. There are dangers as well as gains implicit in opening up to another, and yet you cannot refuse what life offers you. Both sides of this conundrum will undoubtedly continue to be factors in your ongoing exploration of your path to wholeness.
