There is no time like the present, Cancer. Some form of spiritual evolution awaits and the moment to act is getting near to hand. Transformation is truly in the air for you these days and you have as well a deeply felt intuitional basis to draw upon that gives you needed guidance. You have been building up to taking some huge leap of faith that will propel you forward and, yet, still you hesitate to make the move. As you mull over your situation in the midst of this powerful month you are able to recognize that while prudent caution is a healthy reaction, you might need to look more closely. If it is only fear that is holding you back you have no real choice but to forge ahead.

As the month begins, you are riding the wave of the recent New Moon in your sector of intimacy and personal evolution. This is an important time when you are on the cusp of change and you do well to treat as sacred all the many and varied aspects of each decision process. You also might find that significant others in your life have much to contribute right now, and that your understanding of your entire relationship dynamic is altering, including the mechanism by means of which you incorporate other viewpoints into your own. You are in the midst of an entirely mystical time of profound change and you benefit by honoring its power and by doing your best to recognize, as you go through your metamorphosis, the rock-bottom fundamentals of yourself and of your situation and what by contrast you can let go of. The first weekend of the month, beginning on Friday, February 4th, is a significant time for you when many things about your situation may become clear, or at least come further available to your consciousness with altered perspective, mystical Neptune having entered your sector of Higher Mind. You have a strong feeling of the worlds beyond worlds that reside within you, and an intimation of how that awareness might affect your current activities. There are likely issues of past wounding that have been occupying some level of your mind as well, as irritants or else as wandering feelings of disharmony within you seeking some solution. You are a warrior for inner peace right now and implacable in your determination not to settle for anything less than you truly deserve. With the Full Moon of Tuesday, February 7th, several factors may change. You are moving in the direction of greater balance all around, and of integrating the past with the present tense of your situation. You are concerned at this time with making a better stand for yourself in the weeks and months ahead than you have heretofore. While the future does not appear as entirely rosy, it engages your focus, and it is at least with a potentially optimistic attitude that you look upon it. There have been surprises in how everything actualizes and these will continue, perhaps even more so, but the trend is still there toward the light of day. With the Last Quarter Moon of Tuesday, February 14th, Valentine's Day, you are making another tack in your windward course, getting closer to your goal by thinking your way through. This is a time when you are examining everything that has happened over the previous three weeks of the lunar cycle, and rearranging their significance in terms of new-found understanding. You are getting your thoughts together in preparation for a better perspective to dawn upon you, and although the actual sunrise is perhaps a bit dim on the horizon you are making definite progress. The New Moon of the following week, taking place on Tuesday, February 21st, is an important time as well, when you are even more involved in working with the twin perspectives of idealism and real-world limitation. That pairing seems to imply that only one side is truly present and must win out; yet the reality is more wonderful, since the nature of the soul is paradox and at that level you are capable of holding opposite concepts simultaneously. And it is at soul-level that the most important work for you is happening.
