Capricorn Horoscope (December 22 - January 19)
Cardinal Earth. Your ruling planet is Saturn.

You are digging down this month to find important nuggets of self-worth, Capricorn. Internal exploration is taking up all your resources right now but the potential rewards are great. In this time of transformation you are stretched between public and private conceptions, and integration is the key. Like the iceberg, your outer world presence depends entirely on a much greater hidden mass that remains largely unseen in the eyes of the world. While getting in touch with these interior realms, you may encounter doubts as to the value of what you are doing and where you are going that can only yield to a more expansive sense of self that takes all your parts into account.

As the month begins, you are busily discovering the wounded places inside and broken off bits of your personality that you have abandoned along the way, parts of yourself that may have been lost for years. You feel as though disowned by the old familiar ways that have been so comfortable for so long that you can't remember back before they became ingrained as a habitual stance. Is this the making of a tragedy or the prelude to a greater emergence into a more heartfelt participation in the world around you? Only time and you can tell. At the time of the Last Quarter Moon of the following week, taking place on Tuesday, April 10th, you may find that you need to make some further attitude adjustments. Your sense of what you value is shifting and may feel quite amorphous at this time, and the resources that you count on may no longer be available to you in the same way, but that shouldn't discourage you. The process of life is ongoing and only a moving stream is healthy, although while you are going over the rapids that thought can be hard to maintain. What you lose in commerce you may gain in wisdom, and after all, which will last you the longer? The time of the New Moon that follows one week later is a time of new beginnings, when you might start to integrate new material into your act and when the messages of worlds beyond this one are very real to you. What is seeking to metamorphose within you is your attachment to the obvious; your failing to look more deeply into the heart of the matter, and that will begin to transform on it's own time. The First Quarter Moon that follows in the last week of the month, on Monday, April 23rd, may provide contrasting solutions that face in opposite ways, although all directions point to the inside. There are several steps to take to resolve your dilemma, and not the least of these lies in the true synthesis of contrary positions, although this one may also be the most work.
