Capricorn Horoscope (December 22 - January 19)
Cardinal Earth. Your ruling planet is Saturn.

This is an important month for you, Capricorn. You have been dealing for many weeks now with a developing world view that responds to these troubled times, and along the way morphing in your overall presentation. You have been going gracefully or going hard, depending on your choices, but you have been brave in the center of the storm. Now you are being given the opportunity to face yourself in the mirror of relationship, and to assess the distance you have come. Sharing with partners can be helpful in this regard to the extent that you are able to let them in, provided of course that you avoid the error of losing your own identity in the process.

As the month begins, you are riding the wave of the previous New Moon from the last week of June that took place in your sector of partnership. You are all about relationship right now. The metamorphosis in which you are currently engaged has come full circle and in order to complete itself needs the input of others in your life, taking as a truism the old saw that two heads are better than one. Of course the paradox is that you are still ultimately alone in all your decision making, and you can certainly choose to emphasize solitary activity over partnering up. There are big shifts in the works either way, but you will likely gain at this time from embracing the perspective of helpful partners. Your sense of security is on the line in a big way as you absorb the information that just keeps on coming at you. With the Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse of Tuesday, July 7th, you may come to a form of resolution regarding these meditations, and feel the definite influence of significant others on your life and your outlook. With one foot on the tightrope and the other waving around in mid-air, this is a time of achieving balance, and striving for the middle ground between public and private concerns. You are getting a glimpse of direction and notions of service to the greater collective and it does seem that the team in this case is greater than the sum of the individual players. You are marked for action but of the softer and more spiritual variety, or else you will be subject to internal conflicts. There is optimism, even naïve optimism, in your makeup these days to an unusual degree, and you may need to beware of overdoing. Your characteristic caution will serve you well at this time. With the Last Quarter Moon of Wednesday, July 15th you might find the chances for tuning into inner wisdom are magnified. You might have to recognize that there is only so much that you can do in spite of all your desire for positive outcomes. Then the second eclipse of the month comes along a week later, taking place on Tuesday evening the 21st, and presents an opportunity for going deeper with important partners and also within your own understanding of yourself. You might find at this time that the residue of old trauma of self-acceptance starts to dissolve. These broad-based security needs, based on the wounded child within you, yield with increased attention. Self-love can work wonders once you finally yield to its summons and let it in the door.
