Capricorn Horoscope (December 22 - January 19)
Cardinal Earth. Your ruling planet is Saturn.

This is another eventful month for you, Capricorn. Changes abound in your universe along with major perspective shifts, catalyzed by new and startling information coming at you that truly lights up your world. By the end of the month you might hardly recognize yourself. This is a good thing since all life must constantly change or die, even though we frequently forget this basic fact and attempt to stay in stasis - which in reality cannot be done. Flexibility helps. Anything that you can do to increase yours will be an automatic win for you right now. As the month unfolds, greater intimacy is possible with others around you and perhaps most important of all with yourself.

As the month begins, you are dealing with matters of intimate connection with others and of personal transformation. The perspective of other minds is an important part of your own arc of development at this time, although your primary mission remains that you find your own way home. To that end, the material world has been extraordinarily cooperative lately. You could even feel on the border of illusion with the safety and security that it offers you. You are currently seeking a path to a better sense of societal connection; a way of service to the world at large that might take you closer to what you feel is your own unique contribution. The Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse of Wednesday, August 5th, is a powerful time for you, when you might come closer to realizing what it is that you want to get out of this part of your life's journey. There is tremendous energy available to you right now for breakthrough of one kind or another, as you attempt to synthesize the experience of the past few weeks into a more meaningful whole. There is a perspective shift that is happening slowly, over time, and that will eventually yield a deeper meaning. The Last Quarter Moon of Thursday, August 13th, may take you closer to it as well. You are coming to realize where the ideas that you formerly held might be sufficient and where there might be hidden barriers to self-realization. New and interesting information comes your way with the New Moon a week later, taking place on Thursday, August 20th. You are getting a preview at this time of a deeper process that began last fall. Your ruler Saturn is moving into the next pass of an exact opposition to iconoclastic Uranus, perfecting in mid-September, and mental fireworks could easily result. You might want to think back to last November, when a similar configuration stirred your ideas. Something from that period might be reaching a new level of comprehension. You are engaged in a process of soul-level realization that may be a largely unconscious process, so that you benefit from striving to place your awareness on where you are ultimately headed with all this. Journaling can be a good idea, and also reflecting on your situation in terms of the largest possible picture.
