Capricorn Horoscope (December 22 - January 19)
Cardinal Earth. Your ruling planet is Saturn.

The rules of the road are changing beneath your feet and before your very eyes, Capricorn. You continue to be faced with a thorough-going personal evolution that is difficult to negotiate, but then so is the rest of the surrounding collective. Since you are more attuned than many to the needs and shifting values of the society at large, you are more profoundly affected by the challenges there. Your ruler, Saturn, still placed in your tenth sector of authority and career activation, calls for your active participation but the increasingly poignant question is exactly how that looks. As your perspective shifts, and field and ground exchange positions, you are seeking your own sense of personal authority, independent of the strictures of a collapsing societal worldview that no longer serves you.

As the month begins, you are in a philosophical and yet practical mode, and using this confrontation � between the world and your idea of it � to your advantage. It is of course true that the world is what you make of it and that the more you believe this the more it happens. You are intent now on making your mark and are beginning to realize the extent that your belief system can influence that process. Your communication is mystical and somewhat undefined at the moment, partaking more of poetic than of hard and fast logical approaches, which could seem to be a bit inconsistent with the level of practicality that you concurrently are able to muster. Synchronicities abound that can no longer be passed off as mere coincidence. There are as well deep epiphanies rising up from the very depths of your soul in response to the perceived harmonies and cosmic order of the world around you. The changes that you are going through these days might in fact be partly due to this fundamental and yet entirely creative instability at the very core of your being. With the First Quarter Moon of Sunday, September 4th, some of these potential conflicts might emerge more distinctly. Your sense of the mystical might appear to be in conflict with practical experience as represented by the built-up experiences of a lifetime, or are these merely a set of dogmatic beliefs? There is hope for resolution in your creative self-expression which has the power to move mountains these days, if you will allow your inner sense of intuition full reign. With the Full Moon of the following week, taking place on Monday, September 12th, you are both learning and educating. A definite development is taking place over this monthly cycle and the trick is to discern it. This can be an intense and challenging time for you or else another leg of a wild adventure depending upon your view point. It could be for you that Shakespeare spoke when he had hamlet declare: �I could be bounded in a nutshell and count myself King of infinite space, were it not that I had bad dreams.� In this case your dreams might well be good ones, so that you have the fortunate opportunity to transcend previous limitations. The Last Quarter Moon of Tuesday, September 20th, brings you to a place of assessment of what has gone before it in the cycle. You are seeking to understand the lessons of the events that have recently transpired, so that you might be able to take them forward into the next. Then the Fall Equinox a few days later, on the 23rd, will be a time of sudden ideas and epiphanies for you as you head into the New Moon period of time. You might be revitalizing your sense of self, and how you see your ultimate soul purpose. The Libra New Moon taking place on Tuesday, September 27th, gives you tons of energy for any direction you might want to take yourself in, in alignment with this new sense of intentionality.
