Gemini Horoscope (May 21 - June 20)
Mutable Air. Your ruling planet is Mercury.

There is nothing superficial about you this month, Gemini, in spite of your reputation. You are bursting into a new self-concept that takes your internal spaces far more seriously along the way to overt achievement. This is a time of change, when you are finding your way through a maze of meanings to the very heart of the story. Your inner world has much to share with the outer. Over the first half of the month, or more, you will struggle to integrate varying visions of what life could become for you, and find ease in your process the more you surrender to just being, without necessarily trying for any specific outcome.

As the month begins, you are experiencing within your personality an interesting combination of ingredients. On the one hand, with your ruler Mercury in your sign, you are more outgoing and talkative than ever; but on the other, the May 5th New Moon takes place in your sector of dreams and interior reflection, and you are likely to be more internal than usual with at least one part of your awareness. This kind of dual approach to your life continues all month, since in the last week with the retrograde of Mercury you will also be taken into a more self-reflective stance. Around the time of the New Moon, the weekend of May 3rd and 4th and the days immediately following, you are likely to be taking stock of where in the world you are heading these days, and also of the important familial relationships that have shaped you to the place that you currently occupy. You are being held back at this time with respect to initiatives that you would prefer to pursue in an unfettered fashion, especially regarding family dynamics and your home life. The pressure in the cooker is mounting, but for a reason, since you are becoming through these trials much closer to the person that you were always intended to be. The days from the 9th to the 11th and the Full Moon taking place a week later, on the 19th represent other periods of intensity, when your will to be different is very strong and when you are intent on finding your own unique path forward to meet your destiny. Your communicative outreach is emphasized at this time, and allows you to share with others your philosophical departures from consensus reality. You may find that old patterns are brought to the fore at this juncture for the purpose of moving beyond them. The retrograde of Mercury on the 26th is also likely to be powerful for you, a time when visions for further changes come fast and furious, although you may need to wait a month or so before taking drastic action with any new ideas that come to you during this fertile period.
