Gemini Horoscope (May 21 - June 20)
Mutable Air. Your ruling planet is Mercury.

Nature sprites have nothing on you, Gemini. Through a month of contrasts and of pulling back rather than going strictly forward, you are wandering through spiritual and emotional forests of your own manufacture. Partners that you meet along the way will prove themselves to be ultimately trustworthy and helpful to you eventual enterprise, aiding in the intention if not in the obvious parameters of your quest. The dawn of a new day for you is long in coming but when it does emerge, at nearly the end of the month, it is equally sudden in its ascension. Concrete rainbows arrive at that time to match the towering visions of the long fallow period of your preparation.

As the month begins you are betwixt and between -- due to the passages of both the Sun and your ruler Mercury through your twelfth sector of interior process and dream vision. Of course this is to the good if your goals right now are to contemplate your existence and achieve insight into your inner world, and some would say that is exactly all and everything that you really should be doing right now. But of course the world goes on and I suspect that you do not have the luxury of waiting out the three to five weeks of the Mercury retrograde period for it to start revolving again. Scintillating plans for future growth, the expansion of your career universe and recent successes within it continue to drive your process. You are also in some ways more connected to others than to your own process at this time, so that there is a paradoxical pull to relationship at the very same time that you are so very internal in your basic premise. The communication can only be coming from the deeper levels of your being right now, and so might engender closer connection with significant persons in your life. The Last Quarter Moon of Wednesday, May 5th, is an interesting time for you, when communication becomes emphasized and exacerbated by the potential conflict inherent in the Moon -- Sun square. This is a time when partnership connection is called to the fore even more strongly, and when philosophical ideas manifest in the midst of your inward turning so that you might begin to see the deficits as well as the advantages of where you are at these days with both personal and professional concerns. The New Moon a week later, taking oplace on Thursday, May 13th, also provides lively insights and energetic exchanges with partners and friends alike, but a large portion of your interest lies within. You are able at this time to see more clearly into your inner motivations and the evolutionary path that you are taking. This path is like a river that runs largely beneath the surface of your conscious awareness but you might begin to get glimmers of its underground progress now and also at the very end of the month. The Full Moon that takes place on Thursday the 27th is accompanied that same day by Uranus moving into Aries which will shake things up quite a bit, for you and everyone else on planet earth. The changes following this moment in time come swifter and lead into a rather glorious summer, as long as you are fine with massive changes in both societal and personal spheres.
