The New Year is still in the process of dawning upon you, Gemini, and the fireworks from its beginning still continue. Your ongoing transformation intensifies into the present month, and involves perspective shifts and new ways of seeing the world around you. Insights are plentiful, and will take you out of your existing ruts to the extent that you are able to flex and open to them. Old patterns of behavior that no longer serve you are also up for review and revision now, and you might be surprised by the extent of their unraveling. It pays to keep your head up and your feet steady in the turbulence as you surf these waves of new realizations.

As the month begins, you are supported by burst of New Moon energy from February 2nd in your sector of higher mind. New thought forms come to you effortlessly right now, and speak to you of the unknown days ahead unwrapping themselves before your eyes. You are very present to your future right now and have an intuitional as well as a more logical connection to your goals and plans. You are in fact preparing a further assault on career possibilities and professional goals, but only the path with heart will have very much meaning for you now. This New Moon moment is a great time for you to vision future possibilities for yourself, in line with the most definite take that you can muster on your true soul purpose. You are also very aware of relationships in your life right now, which could be throwing you a few curve balls. The First Quarter Moon that comes along in the second week of the month, taking place on Thursday, February 10th, might represent somewhat of a testing time, when inner and outer realities could conflict. You are trying your best to stay practical, but there is a strong awareness within you that is stirred up by this period of deep reflection so that practical matters might be beside the point. You also could be playing out a basic dichotomy between staying inner and relatively self-contained versus the freedom to investigate to the max your entire situation or even to experiment with foreign travel. The Full Moon of Thursday night and Friday morning, February 17th and 18th, leads you to a culminating moment when you find freedom within yourself and within the very confines of the responsibilities that you have taken on, or at least you seem to. This is something of a dangerous time, for it is possible for your idealism to be so high that you are subject to self-deception. At its best, this moment provides a very strong and imaginative glimpse of what an enlightened pathway forward might indeed look like. You must trust in your idealism at this time bit also be sure that, as the Arab proverb goes, you have carefully tied up all your camels. The Last Quarter Moon of Thursday the 24th will give you plenty of food for thought as you mentally sum up what you have been through thus far, and examine accumulated clues as to where you might actually be headed. Partners come into the picture in a positive way and provide signposts for further life exploration. You are re-examining all your assumptions now and throwing some into the fires of change where they will be eliminated from future consideration.
