Leo Horoscope (July 23 - August 22)

You are feeling your way into a new life structure, Leo. Drastic changes in the way that you think and operate are possible in the weeks ahead as you delve more closely into your own internal workings and discover new attitudes regarding your connections with others around you and your own home base. Communication within your circle is a crucial piece of this reorientation. After the October 21st New Moon, as you also begin to come to new solutions with significant partners in your life, you are finding the pure gold at the end of your particular rainbow, although you might have to dig for it.

As the month begins, you are riding the energy of the previous New Moon in your resources sector, taking a last look at how to make a break-through in this area. Your financial picture is a bit nebulous at the moment, but that will change over the course of this next 30-day period. You can't count on a permanent solution however, as you will be re-thinking priorities at the very end of the current month and on into December. You are passing through something of a narrow gate at the moment, and are challenged to keep faith with yourself in spite of everything. When you do, the rewards will come, although they might not be entirely material ones. With the advent of the Full Moon on the following Friday, taking place on October 6th, you are balancing the philosophical concerns that you have over life in general with the way that you show up in the world particular, as you fully plunge into the transformation that is taking place in your physical world appearance and the restructuring of both your conceptual and your actual presence. You are seeking the path with heart, and nothing else will serve you at this time. The Last Quarter Moon of Friday the 13th may bring a crisis of awareness for your entire life situation and the particular arc of development with which you are currently engaged. You are called upon to take Spirit very firmly into account in everything that you do, and you may heed the call if you choose, or leave it if you dare. The next weekend the Moon is in your sign and you may be ready to break through to a new level of acceptance. At any rate some of the pressure will be off. The New Moon that comes along on Saturday the 21st presages the retrograde of Mercury in your home and family sector that becomes exact a week later on the 28th. This last full week of the month may be an excellent time to reestablish important links with childhood roots and close tribal connections that are important to you, and that you may have been neglecting in some way or another. You might benefit as well at this time by journaling, as a way of connecting more fully with your own deep center. This is big stuff that you are dealing with and its extremely difficult to fathom but it's also very easy. Nothing could be simpler than following your inner guidance when you give up and step out of the way.
