The epiphanies just keep on coming, Leo. You are fueled this month by novel ideas that dramatically shift your perspective, and also by the point of view of others around you. In some ways it is all about relationships for you right now. But others in your life represent guideposts for your own journey of discovery, so that in the end the result that you seek is found through a combination of ingredients that includes liberal doses of your own burgeoning awareness. Communications within the circle of your peers is serious and internally focused now; it might be a terrific time to journal. You are seeing yourself in the mirror of others and it is a remarkably magical vision.

As the month begins, you are feeling enthusiastic and innovative regarding projects and work requirements, and possessed with loads of energy for important others in your life as well. Partnership is powerful for you this month, and leads to unexpected rewards and insights. Your presence in the world is coming up at this time with different conclusions than you would have expected, and it all goes better when you take into account significant figures in your work environment as we as in your personal life. Your communication has taken on a serious and practical cast lately, but there is a gleam in your eye. The New Moon on the evening of the second day of the month brings along it the energy to innovate, and connects you to significant others in your life as well. When the First Quarter Moon hits a week later, however, taking place on Thursday, February 10th, you might discover the flies in the proverbial ointment. This is a time when the difficulties inherent in what you are attempting become more apparent, and when you might encounter some degree of tension in your interactions with others around you. Not everything that you envision can become concrete reality as much as your idealizing mind would like to believe it so. The illusion of plentiful possibility haunts you all during this second month of the New Year, and you are now feeling the contrary impulse of despair that anything can be done or fundamentally changed in alignment with cherished goals. Of course, both of these extremes are false in their own way. The Full Moon of late Thursday night, February 17th, and early Friday morning, provides more scope for both the pleasant illusion and the cynical reaction to it, and gives you an opening to more fully explore old patterns of dysfunction in your life. If you are willing to take a good hard look at these habitual patterns, whereby you sell yourself short in one way or another, you have a window of opportunity to make progress with these important issues. There is a way right now that you might be able to discern that all your pain and suffering is really the pain of separation from your higher Self or the cosmos; however you conceive the agency of Spirit moving through your life. The pain is essentially illusory since that sense of separation is. The Last Quarter Moon of Thursday, February 24th, represents a thoughtful and internally energized time when you are striving to make sense of everything that has gone before, including your take on ancient trauma, and its ramifications into your present state of evolutionary development.
