Libra Horoscope (September 23 - October 22)
Cardinal Air. Your ruling planet is Venus.

Your future is calling, Libra. This first month of the New Year you are digging deep to find the buried gold of surprising transformation and heartfelt re-commitment, reaching out to be the best that you can be. Startling changes in soul-level direction are more than possible now, as some of your painful places inside become exposed to the light of day. All this is happening for a reason; better and more mystical self-acceptance is the key that will unlock many doors for you this year, as the light at the end of your tunnel beckons you on.

As the month begins you are getting into some serious dialogs with others in your circle of friends and admirers, reaching out to them in a new way. You are inhabiting your home and family space differently, perhaps with more presence, and it shows. You have found a new way of being in the world by being more comfortable inside your own skin. The Full Moon in the middle of the first week of the month represents one culmination of this arc of personal development, and a new flowering of your creative persona. As you prepare a face to meet the faces that you meet, so to speak, that act may come from a different and more natural intention. In the following week, the 9th to the 11th represent another period of changes and also of potential trials to your self-image. It may seem as though there are places inside yourself that you don't want anyone to see that suddenly become exposed to their scrutiny, but that can also be a healing experience. When you more fully accept yourself, warts and all, you may be surprised to find how easily others do too. Significant others that you are in relationship with are changing along with you, and your connection to them is also, as is only logical. You are entering into a new contract with yourself, to show up just as you are, and to show up with your softer side out in front without the necessity for armor, or at least to the extent that you can pull it off in the midst of a fractured surrounding social matrix. The New Moon of the week following, on Thursday the 18th, is climactic for you, and allows all these themes to coalesce into a rapid-fire synthesis that jump starts you into a new quantum level of connection to others, and more importantly to your own heart space within you.
