Libra Horoscope (September 23 - October 22)
Cardinal Air. Your ruling planet is Venus.

Life is full of change and change itself is life for you right now, Libra. Your home scene is morphing in important ways, and you can feel the foundations crumbling and rearranging themselves beneath your feet. Partnership is powerful and helps you to find your own way through. You are in the midst of a process of review and revision, deciding the true meaning of relationship in your life, and your journey of exploration will repeat until you get it. There are colorful illusions to work through and some painful realizations also, but in the end as a result of your wanderings you will be not only wiser but also lighter and happier.

As the month begins, you are exploring how relationship works in your life. This is nothing new; relationship has always been a natural fascination of yours. But since your ruler, Venus, is in retrograde through your relationship sector right now, at this point you are investigating aspects of the way you connect with important others in your life in a new way, looking under the covers of your motivation for the hidden meaning. This is a noble endeavor and will take you where you need to, in spite of appearances at times. The First Quarter Moon of Thursday, April 2nd, represents the crux of these changes and challenges. You are finding that not everything can go as you wish although perhaps it will go as it needs to go for your eventual progress. Through it all comes a better idea of what you are up to with the significant partnerships in your life, and how these connections shape you and simultaneously provide the foil for self-determination. The energy that you have for others in your life is transforming in some unexplored fashion and you are wise to await developments and not to push the river at this time. A form of resolution is achieved with the Full Moon of Thursday, April 9th. You are perhaps somewhat stressed out with the changes, but you are still fundamentally optimistic at this juncture, and seeking a synthesis that takes you beyond the polarity between the ideal and the practical that has lately framed much of the debate inside your head. The good news is that you can have both these sides if you are prepared to abandon strict categories in favor of a general trust in the beneficence of the surrounding universe and its power to sustain you. The Last Quarter Moon of Friday, April 17th, represents another potentially dicey time when you are called upon to reconcile your desires with what is concretely possible. Even as you lose portions of this battle you gain in understanding. There is also the potential at this time for fears to come up in how you might move forward, independent of the voices from childhood that describe your insufficiency. You win and are able to surmount your conditioning when you face these issues squarely and take it all in without judgment or feelings of victimhood. The New Moon that comes along a week later, on Friday, April 24th, represents a fresh start and a new way forward into wholeness.
