Pisces Horoscope (February 19 - March 20)

It's a strange and wonderful season, Pisces; the world is newly made and just for you. As this exciting and potentially challenging month unfolds, you are coming into yourself in many novel and different ways. There is the enjoyable mundane enthusiasm for the horizontal scene of everything that you can see and taste. Additionally there could be monsters to face in the form of old habitual patterns that startle and confound you, or undercover liaisons with spirit guides who whisper unexpected solutions. It's a matter of sticking to your ideals, no matter what, even if they are confronted by looming critical voices that ultimately stem from inside yourself. Your values are shifting to accommodate changing circumstances, and yet remain constant in their service to your highest purpose.

As the month begins, you are in a quiet and meditative space, deciding how best to proceed with changes that are in the offing for you that you have sensed but not completely discerned. You have been all for making necessary changes lately but something seems to be holding you back. You are suffering from a too large a dose of reality intruding on your gorgeous fantasy of what your life could be, and are perhaps confused over where to give it up as a bad job, at least for the moment, and where to put your oar in. The New Moon in your sign of Friday, March 4th, brings you abundant energy for your endeavors, and leads you to partial breakthrough. This is a time when self-created barriers to really finding yourself can finally crumble. As difficult as the obstacles to pursuing your own personal evolution might appear, the alternative of complacent stasis is even scarier. Something seems to be pushing you forward into an uncertain but at least dynamic potential exploration, a move toward a future self that you can see awaiting you on the other side. You win when you can fully enjoy both sides of this paradoxical situation; the energy to advance is delicious and delicious also the resistance that you feel coming up. It's all part of the game. With the First Quarter Moon of Saturday, March 12th, you are able to discern more clearly how far your enthusiasm might be able to push it, and exactly where you are caught. This can be a somewhat difficult mid-month period if you allow it to be, but you are also able at this time to summon up grace under pressure. Surprising epiphanies are possible now and even likely. In the weekend following, beginning on March 19th with the Full Moon in your opposite sign, you might well find that allies come to your aid you in your search for wholeness and integration. This weekend can represent a moment of re-evaluating the impact of others as centers of gravity that can pull you off course, or else help you in reasserting your own power in the situation. Surprises abound and can lead you, when your eye is cocked just right, in the strangest of ways to unexpected enlightenment. The Last Quarter Moon of Saturday, March 26th, is traditionally a time of musing over the painful places traversed over the past several weeks and the lessons learned. In this case you are provided with excellent food for thought and that your commitment to your process is enhanced. You are playing for keeps, that much is certain, and your former life is in some sense over and ready to be mourned. But there's nothing like a little grave-side humor to put everything in a lighter and even more mystical perspective.
