Sagittarius Horoscope (November 22 - December 21)
Your ruling planet is Jupiter.
This is a month, Sagittarius, of tuning in to your intimate connection with the numinous spaces inside you that actually lead to the greater realms of Spirit at work throughout the surrounding cosmos. Not for nothing is it said that the way down and the way up are one and the same. Your ability to see into the worlds within worlds within you is perhaps centered on the New Moon of November 9th, when your communication powerfully and somewhat distractedly reflects this unnameable draw toward greater awareness. At the time of the subsequent Full Moon you will come into relationship with others in your life from an entirely different standpoint.
As the month begins, with the Last Quarter Moon on the 1st, you are feeling the tension of factors not fully resolved, the last stage of resolution of the impulse toward new beginnings stemming from the previous October's mid-month New Moon. This represents what astrologer Dane Rudhyar called the "crisis of consciousness" when you must accept limitations on your grand design and in so doing, learn a little more about yourself and the world around you. Your beliefs may clash with your more intuitional awareness on this day, so that you wonder which is the one that you must follow. It might be necessary to hold each of them in your mind simultaneously, in order to get to the place where you are trying to arrive. The ScorpioNew Moon at the end of the following week, on Friday, November 9th, represents a fresh start on attempting to resolve this cosmic mystery, coming as it does in your sector of dreams. This is a time when the veil between the worlds is very thin for you, and when the numinous otherworldly planes call out to you quite clearly, so long as you can make yourself available for the information by closing your senses to the external distractions and focusing inward. That is the sense of this period of time for you, in spite of the requirements of the everyday world that are still, as always, very present. Sometimes taking that reality break really helps. All this is leading up to a very special and transformative month of December. The trick is to float through both varieties of experience without the attachment to either one that results in your getting caught. The First Quarter Moon of Saturday, November 17th, takes you more directly into the potential conflict involved in this seeming conundrum. You are threatened with the horns of a dilemma and the only way out is to magically leap between them. Your communication in particular reflects this confusion and the possibility of deception or over-idealization when you stay too literal. If you embrace the paradox without overly investing in being right or even rational, you might be pleasantly surprised. The Full Moon that comes along a week later, on the Saturday after Thanksgiving Day, November 24th, has the potential to resolve some of the mystery and put you back on your feet again. You are entering a joyous time over the next month when things will magically slip into place, at least for awhile.
