Sagittarius Horoscope (November 22 - December 21)
Mutable Fire. Your ruling planet is Jupiter.

This month, Sagittarius, especially the first half, edges you toward fame and fortune together with the hard work required to get you there. You are starting over in some important element of your career, riding the wave of transformation, and making a play for your future based on a sense of partnership with others as well as with the deeper parts of your own nature. It's a potent mixture. In the last week of the month, with Mercury retrograde in your sector of societal connection it's an excellent time to tune in, perhaps to journal, and also to visualize new possibilities for future goals, although you might want to wait a while to act on them until after the retrograde has passed.

As the month begins you are in a good place for starting new ventures, and for keeping up with existing ones. There is effort required and you may find obstacles coming up for you at every turn, but these are the training wheels of your newly constituted outer world assignment and as you surmount these difficulties you build character and the necessary mental muscles for the next phase of your mission. With the First Quarter Moon of Sunday, September 7th, and in the week that follows, you will find additional energy for your path forward which is also leading you to a solid sense of security. There may be some degree of tension in the works for you at this time as well, perhaps conflict may appear between your private and your public selves, but you will soon get past it due to the basic overriding benefit to you of your comfort with what you are accomplishing. Your ruler Jupiter also stations on the 7th and begins to move forward once again. Jupiter is located in your sector of resources, which is a potent area for you at this time, and you may feel an active presence affecting your sense of security for the better. Your finances are likely to be in good shape, the more so the more you continue your focus on outer as well as inner world activity that you have so powerfully begun and on your plans for the future which are many and varied right now. When the Full Moon comes along a week later, taking place on Monday, September 15th, it will be both a culmination of one phase of your arc of development this month and also may throw you a few unexpected curve balls on the home front. You are all for outer achievement at this time and may have neglected your private life until some factor there suddenly claims your attention, or it could be that a real estate venture or home remodel takes an unexpected turn. The instability of your home base also allows for freedom of movement and that may be one result of events that transpire at this mid-month juncture. The last ten days of the month represent a further shift. Mercury is getting ready to retrograde in your sector of wishes and hopes and societal connection, so that plans you have made may need to be revised over the next five weeks of the retrograde period. The Last Quarter Moon of Sunday, September 21st, represents a summing up in many ways of what you have discovered lately as you have traveled through these first three weeks of the lunar cycle. In the midst of a transformative year you are on the verge of further transformative activity that will shake you up in a positive way with regard to your very sense of self.
