There is nothing in heaven and earth that does not respond to the power of your thought, Sagittarius, and this month you have the chance of testing this theory. You are currently eclipsing previous borders and barriers that have sometimes held you back from everything that you have imagined for yourself. Your point of view keeps changing over the course of this current cycle, based in part on a shifting concept of where your ultimate security really lies. You will emerge from this period with a firmer concept of what really matters in the game called life as you're currently playing it. The world goes round in any case but there are certain ways that you can operate when you give in to finally taking your power that will really make it spin for you.

As the month begins, you are taking the point of view of others into account as seriously as your own. This is a philosophically active month for you, when many factors could alter in the way that you see your world. You are also quite aware at this time of the inherent drawbacks of accepting what others have to contribute in its entirety. At this time you really must find your own synthesis. Issues of self-acceptance could also come up for you over the course of this monthly cycle. Accepting the input of others is key for you right now. It is helpful to recognize that to understand all is to forgive all, but perhaps it is most important that you first forgive yourself. The Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse of Wednesday, August 5th, signals a balance point when you are mediating between the needs of self and others. Your communication is idealistic at this time, full of the promise for a better world. It is equally true that you must take practical considerations and limitations into account as well at this time, since Saturn remains strongly configured in your public expression sector. It is a tricky business to steer between these extremes, of unbridled optimism on the one hand and practical necessity on the other, but that is what you are faced with. The Last Quarter Moon of the 13th again emphasizes these same factors. You do best at this time when you accept everything about your situation without complaint, taking it as a jumping off point, a basis for further study. With the waning phase of the Moon you are more aware than before of what does not seem to work. Certainly the drawbacks of what you are attempting will be as fully present to you right now as the potential successes, and perhaps more so. The New Moon that comes along a week later, taking place on Thursday, August 20th, represents a fresh start with what you are attempting in this world, both with regard to the ideal conclusions and to the philosophy of mind that sees everything as pure potential. You are still steering between the rocking concept and the hard place of practical necessity however, especially at this time, and on into September.
