Sagittarius Horoscope (November 22 - December 21)
Mutable Fire. Your ruling planet is Jupiter.

You are seizing the moment, Sagittarius. This month you are gathering up the accumulated wisdom of the last few weeks, and running with it, defining a fresh start and a new day for yourself. You have been reexamining the way that you show up in the world, and how a significant part of your productivity is based on unconscious material that you are at times only dimly aware of. Your inner world like the iceberg is nine tenths unseen but constitutes a larger part of your motivation than it is usually given credit for. Delving into your inner workings is extremely significant for you now, and very helpful in allowing you to make your own unique way forward.

As the month begins you are in a reflective mood. You ruler Jupiter is slowing and preparing to return to direct motion, while Venus stands almost still in the sky, almost in retrograde, and located in your sector or inner imagination. With the Sun in the eleventh sector you are very invested right now in a future orientation that really means something, going slow and steady toward important goals that blend intentions for outer achievement with profound inner orientation. You might find yourself for these first few weeks of the month in quite a dreamy state of mind, taking inner realities more fully into account than is usually given credit in the buzzing sound bite social milieu that we as a culture have come to in this second decade. The New Moon of Thursday, October 7th, provides abundant fresh energy for your process of getting to know your own mind and heart. This is a powerful month for you in fact for setting intention. You are working in many ways at this time from the inside out; that is to say, inner realities are fully as present to your decision process as outer ones. There are surprising leaps of insight that come to you now, and that might make for a life more whole. You could easily miss some of these in the shuffle, so that it is a great time to be journaling regarding what is happening to you both with the events that take place in your normal waking world and in terms of inner work. You could enjoy writing down and reviewing your dreams. Also, as they say, be careful what you wish for at this time; it just might come true. So it is very important right now to take the time to center yourself and just let your mind get still, so that you can remain in touch with your truest intentions. There is a center amidst the whirling scatter of urban or intellectual activity that remains untouched by outer events, and it benefits you at this time to discover that center and to nurture it. The First Quarter Moon of Thursday, October 14th, is traditionally a time of reassessment. There might be a few kinks in your road that come up now, but if so, these difficulties will hopefully serve to strengthen your resolve rather than deflect you from your purpose. The energy builds to the Full Moon a week later, taking place on Friday evening, October 22nd and the weekend that follows. This is a time when you will understand your course of development more fully, and to acknowledge it as an essentially spiritual process. The last week of the month leading up to the weekend of the 30th and 31st provides further epiphanies that lead you still closer to inner attentiveness, which brings you to the true awareness of what, when all is said and done, is actually happening to you.
