Sagittarius Horoscope (November 22 - December 21)

Can you slowly and steadily move forward, Sagittarius, while staying rooted in your own deeper experience? The path of service to others is the path of your own soul work, simultaneously. The road to the future opens before you and seems to represent a clean break from an increasingly distant past, and yet certainly partakes of that prior history as well. Old patterns revisited and made more conscious become exemplars of health and healing rather than dysfunction. You continue to be in the idea business, with so many and so varied thoughts constantly coming that it is all you that can do to keep up with them. It might help to organize via computer notes or a journal. Although your mind is wide-ranging, home is where your heart is.

As the month begins, you are more internally than externally present, although definitely inhabiting both of these different sides of your personality. You are feeling quite a bit of enthusiasm for your process these days, and also facing up to some of the hidden undercurrents that steer your life from below, as it were. Coming to grips with these issues will become an important theme this month. You are also dealing with financial ups and downs, but these might have more to tell you about the basis for your psychological security than the literal economics of your situation. With the New Moon of Friday, March 4th, you will be dealing in a fresh way with home and family concerns, and with how to better understand your motivation from the standpoint of what happens below the level of your conscious understanding. There could be issues relating to your family of origin that are only now becoming more obvious to you, or those of present-day familial relations. There could also be habitual behaviors that arise from the long-ago past, when you learned to do things in a way that made sense for you at that time, but which have somehow remained stuck in your psyche. You might be getting closer to transcending such ancient patterns in this new cycle. With the First Quarter Moon of Saturday, March 12th, the crux of these issues manifests. This is a time of relative tension in your process and also when you are doing quite a bit of soul searching, attempting to see what in fact you are concerning yourself with at this time, and why. With the Full Moon a week later, taking place on Saturday, March 19th, and the days following, you are finding a new emerging self that perhaps more closely conforms to cherished dreams long buried away in your subconscious. You are quite serious about your future now, and regarding goals that you aspire to and group affiliations that you find to be in alignment with your own inner truth. At the same time you are light hearted and almost mirthful with it all. It is an interesting dance that you are engaged in, this dance of the future. Then, coming along in the final weekend of the month, the Last Quarter Moon of Saturday, March 26th, represents a vitally interesting and important juncture for you. This is a time in the lunation cycle when you question everything that has gone before it during the previous three weeks, and take in the accumulated wisdom of this period, stemming from its failures and its successes too. In this case you are connecting with some great ideas that can see you through in a way that more closely matches up with what you are truly striving for, your very highest ideals. You are also definitely and even perhaps painfully aware of the limitations to unbridled growth that are as inherent in your process as they are in the world as we know it. The back and forth play of these polarities informs your vision of what your process actually consists of and that continues perhaps even more powerfully into the next few weeks and months.
