Scorpio Horoscope (October 23 - November 21)

You are coming to some amazing conclusions lately concerning your core understanding of who you really are, and you also may be arriving at them rather suddenly. While you are enjoying a measure of success right now in the world "out there," delving down into the underpinnings of your home and family associations may engender a certain amount of confusion for you right now. You are in the process of discovering that what glitters for you is not the gold of material satisfaction, but is much more difficult to define and somehow stems from a feeling of linkage with Spirit inside you. You may find that you can rely on your exploration into an expression of self that is uniquely yours. Old patterns can play havoc with your mind until your heart shows the way.

As the month begins, surprising information comes your way, but it begins by arriving at the deepest level of your being. While digging in at the core, you are paradoxically spending tons of energy on achievement in the world outside your closeted psyche. But the personal is political and the public becomes for you right now a private study, involving more particularly your home and family scene and your own self-concept. Your artistic output can be fantastically creative at this time and is likely to be taking off in some new and unusual direction. This is due to the Lunar Eclipse and Full Moon that takes place at almost the very beginning of the month, on the weekend of the 3rd, conjunct Uranus in your creativity sector. This event is followed one week later by a very powerful Last Quarter Moon in your sector of resources and values. At this time you might find yourself reliving some part of the past, connecting the dots of old patterns of interaction with family members in a different way, or seeking a new basis of security in spiritual contemplation of your situation. There is a way that you are challenged at this time to produce a viable solution to some question that is being asked in the course of this month's lunations, and the answer may turn out to be none of the above. You benefit from allowing the unknown to remain alive and well in you, and when you quietly await the universe to reveal itself slowly to you, on its own terms. The Solar Eclipse New Moon of the following weekend, taking place on the 18th, may well be a time of new beginnings and of forging a new sense of self. There are inevitable changes as you launch into the next phase, and something precious may be lost. But there will be something gained as well through this further unfolding of the cosmic breathing of your life's journey. All that glitters is not even close to being gold, and you are starting to recognize this truth for yourself beyond conscious understanding. Your values are being shaken up through all this exploration, that's another fact you probably won't be able to deny, or even want to.
