Scorpio Horoscope (October 23 - November 21)
Fixed Water. Your ruling planets are Mars and Pluto.

This is a paint-by-numbers masterpiece that you are creating here, Scorpio. You are very busy this month connecting the dots of what you truly desire for yourself in the context of others, and how that translates into the way that you plug yourself in with respect to society around you. Your philosophical stance has altered over the past several months. You are beginning to revel in new opportunities to express yourself in your own unique way. Partnering up becomes so much less scary when you are centered in yourself as your first, but not your only, priority.

As the month begins, you are finding philosophical and spiritual value in exploring home and family concerns that have recently surfaced in your life. You are likely to encounter some degree of confusion regarding these issues, and perhaps also find that old patterns of interaction are coming up for recognition and eventual healing. You are in the midst of an important transition of your basic belief systems and understanding. You are learning to put your world together differently. In this situation you will find that the only real way for you is to become self-taught. The energy of the New Moon of the first weekend of the month is considerable in this regard. Coming along on Saturday, April 5th, the New Moon energy lights you up in many different sectors of your psyche, daring you to make the most of it. One way that this lunation will likely strike you is in terms of the familial concerns and shifts in conscious awareness that you have been mulling over for some time now. Another is in the connection that you feel to social concerns and to your discipleship to your highest purpose for yourself. These ideas may seem different, but the various sides of you all work together. It is only when you are really being truthful with yourself and begin to dig down into your inner core beliefs that you feel capable of responding accurately to the question of what you want to make of yourself and how to plug in so that your societal contribution makes sense also. You are altogether both playful and totally serious about these ideas right now, which is a very good indication that you are really getting somewhere. The First Quarter Moon takes place on the following Saturday, the 12th, and represents a turning point when many of these themes will emerge in more concrete form. This is a truly defining moment, when you must put your head down and plow on through. Seeming contradictions that arise at this time are there for working through them, and may resolve into a third way of synthesis and of giving it up to a higher mindset. There are definitely illusions and confusions to be dealt with, so it helps not to take anything too seriously. You may even encounter sudden epiphany in a creative or even a romantic way that breaks through the log-jam of your previous conceptions. The Full Moon a week later on, over the weekend of the 19th and 20th, also presents its challenges and its rewards. At this time, you are more fully ready to share the details of your progress with others around you, and partnership provides an excellent mirror to reflect your own process of growing awareness back to you.
