Scorpio Horoscope (October 23 - November 21)
Fixed Water. Your ruling planets are Mars and Pluto.

This is a month of great outer as well as inner work, Scorpio. You are manifesting and achieving, no doubt about it. You may also encounter a trace of tension in your process as you face challenges to your equanimity that can be decoded as a series of tests to your new persona. You are finding both joy and madness in issues that remain at your psychological root level or as revealed in home and family interactions that have come back to haunt you. You can put these to bed with a determined effort to look on the bright side and see the glass of your evolution as half full rather than letting the darker side of your imagination detract in any way from your ultimate success.

As the month begins, you are feasting on outer world excellence while still hopefully staying true to recent inner world explorations. You are currently emerging out of the depth of your unconscious process into the light of everyday events and priorities, and yet carrying with you the memory and the utility of the time spent within the darkness of your interior knowing. As you know intuitively, there is much more to your existence than superficial logic or surface events will allow for. The darkness informs the light. The Full Moon that begins the first week of the month, on Monday, November 2nd, opens you up to further dimensions of your experience and brings outer manifestation more sharply into focus. You are also coming into new awareness regarding the interaction of important others in your life, who during this month will contribute mightily to your ongoing process. You are very active in the world at this time, and you will continue to be so for the next several months, although you might shift your priorities somewhat when your ruler Mars turns retrograde in mid-December. You are feeling like something has to give in terms of the way that you do things, and yet have also the basic confidence to assume that it is all just part of the plan right now., at least when you are able to access it. The Last Quarter Moon of the following Monday, the 9th, puts you in an optimistic mood, increasing your faith in your current arc of development, while providing a thoughtful reflection on what has gone before, although perhaps this happens through the agency of some degree of turmoil. Relationship with significant others in your life, including business partners, is important at this time as well, and can be quite useful in allowing you to explore other points of view as well as your own. The New Moon that follows a week later, taking place on Monday, November 16th, provides a fresh start for increasing integration and wholeness which could however prove to be disruptive in the short term. You are at this time wrestling with issues of deep interiority from an entirely new angle, and it might take you quite a while to really get a grip. This is because as a natural consequence, the collision of your present-tense identity with your ancient inner one can be confusing, even self-deceptive at times. The last two weeks of the month will be a time for working these issues out, punctuated by the First Quarter Moon of Tuesday the 24th. This moment of intensity has the effect of increasing your awareness of the changes that you are in the midst of right now. On the one hand you are filled with the joy of delving down into your roots and discovering there what is to be discovered, while on the other there is the mystery and the illusion created out of too much exposure to a double vision that transcends ordinary reality. Then too, old patterns that are ready to be discarded might be coming up for your conscious attention at this time, which can also be unsettling. It is important to take everything that happens as it comes, as something to animate with your intelligence rather than to seek to control or to flee from.
