Scorpio Horoscope (October 23 - November 21)
Fixed Water. Your ruling planets are Mars and Pluto.

Everything changes and yet stays the same, Scorpio. This is a powerful month of transition for you that takes you into more inner realms than outer ones. You are coming into a fresh concept of where it all could be heading for you, while revamping your ideas of what it is that you truly want. Communication is key. You find yourself sharing your concepts with others in your circle, and at the deepest possible level, and it is vital that you continue to do so. Only by thoroughly understanding where you have been on the inside can you come to the new phase of connection with others that is awaiting you. This is one important part of your journey now, climaxing toward the end of the month and expanding into the New Year.

As the month begins, you are still riding the roller coaster of change. Surprising insights and information come to you now partially through the agency of others. The world around you may seem topsy-turvy. Affairs that you thought were settled loose the glue that you considered would bind them together while what seemed the merest flights of fancy hold a solid promise of resolution. You are full of creative ideas now, and while some of these may skim the surface of life, your truest communication is from the heart, and speaks of profound connection to your own inner process. The New Moon of Sunday, December 5th, brings together many of these disparate parts of your experience, and provides fresh energy for active connection with others. You are plumbing your own depths at this time and bringing a new form of awareness to all your interactions. You continue to remain relatively unaware of what lies beneath your more obvious rational consciousness and discourse, but you are beginning to get a clue here and there. After the retrograde of Mercury on the 10th you might feel a shift to a more internal stance. This is an excellent time to be journaling especially since you are constantly growing new dimensions of your impressions of what is going on with your life. With the advent of the First Quarter Moon of Monday, December 13th, conflicts with friends and family could potentially arise, partly from sheer exuberance. You are intent when you communicate with others around you now, and there is a danger that you will be overly forceful in getting your point across, expressing your own unique viewpoint at the expense of what anyone else might think or want to say. You might feel as though you are almost compulsively attached to your speaking and writing so that you are in your own mental world, although at the same time, in a paradoxical twist, you truly desire to connect. With the Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse of Tuesday, December 21st, coincident with the Winter Solstice, the intention is there for connection and for balance and it might even win out. You are ready to learn from your experience and also to continue with being mightily concerned that you get your message out to the world around you. You are still extremely tuned to your own internal wavelength. Brilliant creativity surprises even you, the originator. By the time of the Last Quarter Moon, taking place on Monday, December 27th, there is a feeling of deep connection with both internal and external stimuli. You recognize that you have been through an important inner experience. You are better able at this time to take a philosophically distanced stance on all the preceding mental activity and assess what the universe is attempting to convey to you. This is a time also of brilliant ideas and of ways to synthesize your experience into a useful platform for moving ahead into a new phase that you will enter with the passage of the next few weeks and the advent of another New Year.
