Scorpio Horoscope (October 23 - November 21)
Fixed Water. Your ruling planets are Mars and Pluto.

This is a powerful time to set intentions, Scorpio. The recent New Moon in your sector of future plans and societal connection has set the stage and now it is up to you to inhabit the scene and make it come alive. It is also becoming obvious that you can�t really get there entirely independently, so that you could potentially be forced to compromise somewhat with your famous tendency to go it alone. It is a delicate tightrope walk between self and other that you are performing now. You must make allowance for the help of important partners, perhaps even for joint ventures, while still applying the unique sense of your pathway forward that only you can bring. Spirit will guide you, to the extent that you will let it.

As the month begins, you are visioning new possibilities for yourself and for your career. You have been refining your working-world goals over the previous monthly cycle and now that period of inner contemplation is beginning to pay off in terms of concrete ideas that you can use to move forward in some new and different directions for yourself. Even though you are excited about your prospects now, in terms of the retrograde it is also considered prudent to include a waiting period after Mercury�s recent station, one lasting until the 8th or the 9th, when the messenger planet re-enters Virgo and has the chance to recover its lost Zodiacal longitude. You might be ready to presume a more compassionate attitude as an important component of where you find yourself currently headed, because of the time that you have spent in contemplation and in mulling over your perspective on service and your beliefs in general, and this is consistent with the symbolism of the current monthly alignments. With the First Quarter Moon of Sunday, September 4th, you are meeting up with resistance of one form or another to your most cherished ideas and goals. What emerges from this next week as having survived these trials will likely have the validity to become incorporated into your eventual set of future plans. Others in your life are a factor that while it can be divisive can also be helpful for you now in giving you faith in your ideas in spite of everything that seems to be getting in the way of them. The Full Moon of Monday, September 12th, implies smother sailing, and a better sense of integration between the ideas of others and your own, so that significant partners might be able to aid you in providing important adjuncts to your own perspective. Your basic thrust right now is to concretize into practical manifestation what you have up to now only imagined. This is not easy to do however, as ingrained habits are hard to break. Still you can begin to see significant trends. In this regard some concept of spiritual healing work plays an increasingly important role � as your process would seem to indicate. The Last Quarter Moon of Tuesday the 20th initiates a period of summing what you can gather from the experiences of the previous three weeks of the cycle, and the lessons learned. This is an important time of stepping into your new persona at least as a trial of what might be involved, a test fitting. That week includes the Fall Equinox, when there might be surprising further epiphanies and connections that you might make internally to Spirit unfolding in your life. With the New Moon of the following week, taking place on Tuesday, September 27th, you are feeling even more energy for powerful change upwelling from the inside out.
