Taurus Horoscope (April 20 - May 20)
Fixed Earth. Your ruling planet is Venus.

This is a month of digging in and getting on with it, Taurus. You are deadly serious these days regarding your creative self-expression in all its forms, and experiencing restrictions there as well. The good news is that lasting benefits will accrue after this period of time has been long gone in terms of lessons learned, plus expectations and worldview readjusted. As you review your experience a mental restructuring takes place that serves you well in the long run and is more precious than gold. It is comforting to recognize that nothing that is worthwhile comes easy, while what is supremely valuable is well worth waiting for.

As the month begins, you are feeling the impact of relationship in your life, both personal and professional. This is a time of huge positivity for you with every aspect of your life and you might find yourself taking an optimistic stance in the way that you connect with others. You are also continuing to feel the limitations and restrictions of life in realistic terms as you have over the past month or so, and this may undercut the starry-eyed idealism that you are also feeling right now. With the Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse of Tuesday, July 7th, you are coming to a culmination point for both these types of attitude, a time when you are seeking to find the right balance. This is time of optimism that borders on illusion so that you might even need to beware of deception as you concentrate your energies on the fundamental basis for your own security independent from the voices of others. You are seeking to communicate your deepest truth to others around you right now, and to find your own perspective in the kaleidoscope of opinion that swirls around you. This is a powerful time, and a spiritual one, when you must at least in part turn to the inside for the answers. Your perspective is changing with the tides of the times, and your idealism needs to be nurtured or it will die on the vine, so that strong action is needed, but first you must be quite sure of your direction. With the Last Quarter Moon of the following week, that comes along on Wednesday, July 15th, you are taking in everything that has gone before, making a strategic assessment. The information you gain from this type of inner reflection is very valuable right now, and also the information which comes from helpful associates. Blending these differing viewpoints into your own unique perspective is key. When the New Moon and Solar Eclipse comes along in the middle of the following week, taking place on Wednesday, July 21st, you are on the verge of breakthrough. Itís not all smooth sailing; there could be obstacles to contend with especially in terms of the tapes of old conditioning that try to trip you up just when you least expect it, but itís nothing that you canít handle. You are coming to a place of inner knowing that takes your heart and mind and soul, all three, and seeks from them a higher degree of integration and resolution.
