Virgo Horoscope (August 23 - September 22)
Mutable Earth. Your ruling planet is Mercury.

This is a month of transition for you, Virgo. Something big is coming into your life and it could take on a variety of forms, from the slight to the majorly consequential. You are feeling communicative inspiration with peers and colleagues that may shed light on your eventual watershed moment that comes along sometime between the middle and the end of the month. Preparing yourself for a rather large shift may be a largely unconscious process but the distant roar of the waterfall you are about to go over may be getting louder in your inner ear over the first part of the month. As the end of the month holiday time draws near, you are digging down to rise above, facing your demons in a new way, transforming at the very core of your being.

As the month begins, you are feeling an unusual combination in your life of expansion and contraction. Allowing for limitation has become routine, and so has the strengthening effect of never being entirely disappointed. At this time you are also tempted to wild flights of fancy, which you are able to mediate with a grounded notion of what is in fact a sensible series of steps for you to take. Still, in the midst of real-world concerns, unexpected information from significant others could provide an impetus for new awareness of the true multidimensionality of your situation. Communication with others around you is the name of the game for you right now, and helps you to stay centered in your own process. The First Quarter Moon of Wednesday, November 5th, is a time of trial, when you are engaged in finding your true path forward and when many of these ideas might be tested for their viability. Communicating your deepest truth to others is second nature at this time, and helps you to see further dimensions of your world through the eyes of others, although there could also be tensions that arise in the course of doing so. The Full Moon that comes along a week later, taking place on Wednesday, November 12th, brings you to a point of relative balance, and also serves to emphasize the essential idealism of your position and on what it will take to get you into your next phase. As always through this period, you are also strongly feeling the pull of gravity, bringing you back down to the rock bottom reality of practical concerns. Partners are unpredictable right now, and may provide a third force to lift you out of the impasse. With the last ten days of the month, and especially after the Thanksgiving Day New Moon that comes up on the 27th, you are entering a new world that takes heart as well a mind into account.
