Virgo Horoscope (August 23 - September 22)
Mutable Earth. Your ruling planet is Mercury.

Your self-concept has needed tuning for some time now, Virgo, but it might not have been getting your full attention. This month is the first moment of a new mandate for change that will sweep everything before it. By the time September rolls around everything is different. Loving partners lead the way through this month and next, but the transformation that you are contemplating is entirely up to you, and moreover in your own very best interest. The invitation to the dance – or it might be perceived as a warning shot across your bow – come to you this month through the agency of others, but make no mistake about the urgency of the message or the ultimate benevolence of the universe in offering it to you.

As the month begins, you are experiencing a time of powerful insights which will continue though in altogether different forms, as the month progresses. Partners come very much into the picture for you now, acting as a catalyst for your own process of growth and change. It is also possible that ancient patterns of trauma will arise for greater recognition and healing. These may stem from an earlier era and have to do with the long-term effect of relationship in your life. The Last Quarter Moon that takes place on Sunday, Mach 7th, will present you with an enormous factor in seeing through to these issues more clearly, and with greater optimism. Partners are extremely supportive to you now in sorting things out. Although there might be conflicts in this area to contend with, these difficulties are helpful in the long run, in terms of the greater wisdom that they engender. Your self-expression is blossoming as a result of freeing up energetic channels from within that have long been frozen. You are engaged at this time in a form of spiritual acupuncture that will have the positive effect of getting the electricity of your body moving once again. The New Moon of the following week that comes along on Monday, March 15th, represents an increase in vigor even beyond what you have already been experiencing. This energy is partly expressed in the area of relationship with significant others in your life, and is surprising in the twists and turns that it takes. There will ultimately be beneficial effects, perhaps as long as a year away. What seems scary in the short term could turn out to be seen in a more positive light in the rear-view mirror after the progress of the intervening months. This is the beginning of a time of vast change for you resulting in rapid progress in your understanding of the true meaning of life events. Your transformation continues over the last two weeks of the month. One crux of this latter half is the First Quarter Moon of Tuesday, March 23rd. You are attempting at this time to ascertain which of your many options is the most viable, moving forward. Some tension could arise in your process of unpacking and unfolding the set of cards that were dealt you during the climax of surprisingly complex mid-month events. The Full Moon at nearly the end of the month, taking place on Monday, March 29th, is a time when many things might become clearer. Partnership is still powerful for you, but tempered with the knowledge that what is paramount is your own flowering.
