This allows your own unique authentic Self to shine, as a new future begins to take concrete shape before you.

There is a special focus this month on your values and resources, since the recent solar eclipse and New Moon ten days before the beginning of July landed at the first degree of Cancer, corresponding to this sector of your chart. Your ruling planet Mercury is currently retrograde, and conjoined the Sun in this same sign, while sextile with Uranus in Taurus, corresponding to deep intuition and unconscious process. You might be caught in a financial scenario that carries too much tension. Your income could be in a state of flux, and the responsibilities associated with your revenue could be weighing on your conscience. Uranus in Taurus in your soul sector is helping you release outmoded patterns in your behaviors, but the process is not necessarily pleasant. What was hidden is surfacing and you need to be honest with yourself.

Saturn moves back into Capricorn at the beginning of July for one more survey of your eighth house where you have been busy learning what it means to have contracts with others. What binds you to other people has brought profound lessons in the last two years. You could feel ready to let go of really complicated intimate scenarios, contracts or a situation with someone who does not have your best interest in mind. There are ample opportunities until December to finalize lingering issues, and responsibilities towards others that burdens you without giving anything in return. The Lunar Eclipse in Capricorn on July 4th will drive this home by highlighting where you are wasting your time and resources.

On July 8th your ruler Mercury Retrograde in Cancer squares Mars in Aries highlighting tensions at work. Then, on July 11th, Chiron stations retrograde in Aries while the Moon and Mars conjoin it, leading to the Last Quarter Moon on July 12th with Mars still conjunct Chiron. These tense aspects have the potential to bring a degree of bickering and argument to the surface. Weigh your words carefully before making any final statements. The second week of July must be approached delicately as people will tend to be easily offended or argumentative. Mercury also stations direct on July 12th and begins to bring some relief to communication issues. However, Mercury squaring Mars again at the end of July foretells that a conflict could take the entire month before getting resolved.

The Sun in Cancer comes into a trine with Neptune in Pisces in your career sector and then opposes Jupiter and Pluto in Capricorn on July 13th to the 15th. Jupiter will then come into a sextile with Neptune on July 19th. These series of aspects carry a lot of momentum in the financial and vocational sectors of your chart. Opportunities that allow you to expand your reach are possible at this time especially if you adopt an optimistic albeit realistic approach.

The New Moon in Cancer on July 20th opposes Saturn in Capricorn carrying an impetus for autonomy. This brings up issues of self and other, in general, including shared resources. You might have to rework the terms of an agreement before you are totally relieved of your obligations but the wheels are already in motion.

The Sun enters Leo on July 22nd shifting your attention on your social pastures. Interactions with close friends that were left on hold recently could start to pick back up after spending the first part of July attending to financial obligations. Mars transiting in Aries and the Sun in Leo carries a passionate energy in your social sphere. This is your cue to enjoy the summer season and find simple activities to do with your friends.

Venus in Gemini squares Neptune in Pisces on July 25th, and this could distort the reality of a relationship. This is not a tremendously difficult aspect but caution has to be taken especially in the realm of romance. Neptune tends to bring idealization while making us more susceptible to deception. If a situation or a person doesn’t seem straightforward or honest you might want to take a step back until you have a clearer picture. Romantic feelings are heightened under this aspect that are best utilized in creative ways. You might need to apply what you have learned since May in regards to self-worth. Venus in Gemini square Neptune could also be associated with either self-deception or dishonest behavior coming from someone else.

Your ruler Mercury, still in Cancer, squares Mars in Aries for a second time this month on July 27th, while the First Quarter Moon takes place in the sign of Scorpio. A conflict or a difficult situation that has been dragging on might surface again. It’s a good time to pay attention to what your body is telling you, as accumulated stress is likely to be felt. Even though you still have to contend with nebulous uncertainty in some parts of your life, you do have control over your health. Practicing mindfulness and meditation or breathing exercises can help you deal with inner tension, while giving you a greater sense of agency.
