The passion levels off after the first third of December, although the basic synchronicity of occurrences continues, as the intuitional information available to you keeps on pouring in. The Sagittarius New Moon of December 12th marks a turning point in that Mercury is, on the same day, stationing retrograde in your sector of curiosity and learning, driving your communication toward the inside. The introspective stance of this period benefits you as you take in and beginn to integrate the fruits of the previous cycle that began with the recent mid-November New Moon in your sign. The remainder of the month, you are definitely in a transformative and powerfully intuitive period of time, also inner oriented as symbolized by the Mercury Retrograde lasting through the 1st of January, and beyond. The trick is to stay as open as you can to what the universe is trying to tell you, through events and by means of dedicated partners, as you strive to actualize more of your most authentic version of yourself.

December begins through the lunation cycle that was initiated at the New Moon in your sign from mid-November. This powerful reset will continue to bring momentum to your life for the remainder of this lunation cycle, over the first eleven days of December, influencing your resolve and focus especially for things related to your physical well-being, your desires, and your overall outlook on life. Because Trickster Uranus was once again highly emphasized in this recent New Moon, opposite the Sun, Moon, and Mars in your sign, there could continue to be unexpected events and surprising revelations regarding your primary relationships as the Scorpio cycle continues to wind down. Then, too, there is a transformational quality to this entire month, based on prominent Pluto located near the Nadir of your solar chart, so that changes in home and family concerns could also arise as the month gets started. Additionally, the South Node of the Moon having recently exited Scorpio implies that lessons around letting go, vulnerability and surrender which may have taken place over the last few years are finally more fully integrated and you could feel a general sense of ease at this time.

On the 1st, Mercury enters Capricorn helping start the month with intentionality especially as Mercury sextiles Saturn in Pisces from the 1st to the 2nd. A clear mind can help you organize your time and communications in general should be flowing nicely. Venus in Libra squares Pluto in Capricorn on the 2nd and 3rd before entering Scorpio on the 4th, and this can help in getting honest about what feels exciting to you versus what might be reaching a point of expiration.

Venus in Scorpio trines Saturn in Pisces on the 5th and Neptune stations direct on the 6th which may emphasize inspiration, creativity and romance.

The Sagittarius New Moon arrives on December 12th representing the beginning of a cycle for focus on your values, your resources, and the material world. Jupiter, which rules over the New Moon, is currently in Taurus and still involved in an opposition with Venus in Scorpio emphasizing benefits coming from your partnerships and perhaps a need to recommit to a shared vision. On the other hand, this period may also emphasize your need for greater autonomy or negotiations related to getting more out of a contractual agreement.

Mercury in Capricorn turns retrograde the evening of the same day in the part of your chart that relates to communication and information. Mercury will be retrograde for the next 3 weeks moving all the way back into Sagittarius and may emphasize a revision related to your skills, your income and how to better make use of your time and talents. You will be in an introspective mode lasting the rest of December, and could be spending time mulling over in the many options presenting themselves. You goal is to eventually delineate a clear strategy in regards to what you want for 2024 and beyond.

On December 21st, the Sun enters the sign of Capricorn which signals the Capricorn Solstice, marking the longest night of the year in the Northern Hemisphere; this as Venus in your sign opposes Uranus in Taurus, further emphasizing relationship surprises. Mercury moving retrograde in Capricorn greets the Sun the following day before moving back into Sagittarius, late evening. This exciting little sequence may bring ideas or information out of the blue or possibly a surprising turn of event especially within partnerships.

On the 25th,Venus in Scorpio trines Neptune in Pisces, which is an inspiring aspect bringing ease for things related to your children or, for romantic and artistic themes. Creativity and pleasure are strongly emphasized this month for you in general in general and supported in this timing.

The Full Moon in Cancer arrives a few days later, on December 26th, illuminating the sector of your chart that relates to your philosophical and spiritual outlook. This could be a great time to take stock of your overall trajectory and the clarity may help you decide on the next leg of your journey. Travel or academia may feature strongly at this time or a culmination related to a learning journey. The Full Moon receives supportive aspects from both Saturn and Jupiter which may color the last week of December with nourishing and integrative experiences. Although a Full Moon in Cancer can be emotional at times, you will enjoy the company of others and relationships should be flowing smoothly.

Mercury now moving retrograde in Sagittarius conjoins Mars on the 27th while both are forming a square aspect with Neptune in Pisces showing the potential for wishful thinking or getting worked up about something which may not be totally clear. Probably best to think twice before speaking and if something seems too good to be true, you might want to wait until you have more information.

Venus leaves your sign for Sagittarius on the 29th and the end of the year arrives under the hopeful eye of Jupiter which is then stationing to direct motion in Taurus on the 30th. Venus and Jupiter now in each other’s sign emphasize joy and a hopeful perspective in particular for your relationships and in general for things to come.
