This is another transformational month for you, Aquarius. The beat goes on; there has been a metamorphosis going on within you – and with your persona that you present to the world – ever since Pluto has moved into your sign to stay. These past few months have however significantly upped the ante because Pluto has drifted back to the 1° mark of your sign as first Neptune and Saturn, and then Uranus, have aligned themselves with this same position. That 1-degree mark is exactly where Uranus and Neptune now align from their places two or four signs away. The planetary configurations ever since June have been powerfully active for you, and this most recent Virgo New Moon even more so. With Jupiter aspecting the Sun and Moon, there are new patternings of social interaction and dreams for the future. The net effect is that not only your identity, but also communications and learning – plus your creative self-expression – have really been lighting up. Your articulations may have grown progressively more mystically derived, while novel ideas spark energy that is unstable, erratic, and full of beneficial surprises. Unexpected events with your projects or your romantic entanglements are becoming the norm. The Full Moon and lunar eclipse of September 7th is also a strong lunation, a balancing act of self and other, with partnership in fuller focus. Then, as well, on the 21st the second Virgo New Moon of this September month also sparks these same energies, along similar lines, with an even longer lasting impact.

As you enter September the recent Virgo New Moon brings your focus to your eighth sector of intimacy, vulnerabilities, and jointly held resources. This Virgo lunation cycle that began in the last week of August runs for thirty days, or through the first three weeks of September, setting the tone to address important partnerships in your life, together with their stated or unstated agreements. The recent New Moon features a powerful yod, or “Finger of God” aspect, focused on the Sun and Moon, so a new outlook on your fears, dependencies and commitments are also impacted by your evolving communication style, and transforming sense of identity, presence and character. The yod pattern was underpinned by Pluto in your sign, plus the tight ongoing conjunction of Saturn and Neptune in Aries, which corresponds to your mindset, thought process, siblings and close connections. There is an additional square from the New Moon to Uranus in Gemini, your sector of love, sex, hobbies and cherished interests, which adds another dimension to consider, as your passions, inspiration, and heart's desires play into your new beginning, which centers on your obligations and commitments.

On Monday September 1st, Saturn re-enters watery Pisces and your second sector of assets, income and personal security, signaling a shift in your perception of your financial position, what you’ve come to know and understand about dealing with what you have, and what lies beyond your control in approaching your earnings or assets.

On the 2nd, communication planet Mercury enters Virgo, there to be co-present with the Sun. At this moment, Mercury is square Uranus and in aspect to Neptune and Pluto, so that intimate discussions about what’s combined, on loan, promised or invested could be intense, but also accommodating around what you want, which could be changing.

Also on the 2nd, Jupiter in Cancer and your sixth sector is simultaneously trine the North Node, indicating that you could be leaning into everyday routines, and growth in employment settings, with a conscious approach to your health and commitments, obligations, and what you contribute or manage. You’re perhaps coming into alignment with others, aware of what’s promised, shared, what’s on loan or jointly held, which can in turn enhance your awareness of your part, and how you might maintain a duty of care over yourself, your body, and what you have in a material sense.

On the 4th, your communication planet Mars, now in Libra and your ninth sector of higher mind, squares Jupiter. This could momentarily distract you from your general upkeep, a job, or positive practices that enhance your wellbeing, with another outlook introduced, so you may want to consider other opinions or perspectives, while sustaining your daily errands and schedule.

Uranus stations retrograde on the 6th, amplifying the impact of this planet and perhaps brings surprise revelations around love, sex, your passions, hobbies or cherished interests. During its station, standing dead-still for the moment in the sky, Uranus is trine Pluto, and sextile Neptune. It could be worth pausing to reflect on exciting plans and your resilience, along with a way of thinking or connecting that you also must honor.

On the 7th, the Full Moon, which is a total lunar eclipse in Pisces, illuminates issues of self and other, along with your role, finances and the way you make a living. This constitutes an important expansion of your core values, which could be revelatory, and you could feel that your lifestyle, habits, wellness practices and healthy living are featured, along with what you deem to be worthwhile. Sources of income and your personal attributes can be heightened – whatever you do that’s meaningful or that’s compensated in a way that feels nourishing to you. Your assets could be more clear for all to see!

During the Last Quarter Moon in Gemini on the 14th, Mercury conjuncts the Sun in Virgo, your sector of intimacy, partnership agreements, and obligations. With the Gemini Moon, the luminaries both answer to Mercury. This may bring about a shift in your awareness of your creative plans and routes to happiness. An enjoyable project, date, or opportunity to let loose might appeal, and there could additionally be a call to deepen a bond or special alliance, with fun moments as you do so.

On the 15th, Venus in Leo and your seventh sector of relationships is sextile Mars, in your ninth sector of life philosophy, adventure and travel. Getting together with a significant other to pursue a quest for meaning and understanding could be important.

On September 17th, Mercury opposes Saturn, potentially bringing attention to your financial investments, shared space or outgoings, yet perhaps also imposing a pause in transactional affairs. There may be a unification you’re considering, yet limits around your resources, position or earnings that could stop next steps from being taken with a partner.

Then on the 18th, Mercury enters Libra, arriving opposite Neptune, and in the days that follow trines Uranus and Pluto forming a grand air trine, to be repeated at Fall Equinox, when the Sun enters Libra. Your happiness, special projects, talents, creativity, and love life could be showcased on a global platform, with a sense of pleasure derived, as you move through the world with something to say. You might note that general conversations or navigating could seem confusing, given the nebulous quality of Neptune, and perhaps another way of seeing the world could be unclear.

On the 19th, Venus enters Virgo, creating the same yod aspect with Pluto and Neptune, as Mercury on the 2nd, and the New Moon of August, again with a square to Uranus. You might find you’re more comfortable in committed relationships, cultivating secure attachments, sharing your space or family background as you become more intimately acquainted.

On the 21st, the second Virgo New Moon lands at the last degree of the sign, which is also a partial solar eclipse and another powerful lunation. The Sun and Moon oppose Saturn, implying limits or obstacles may be encountered at this time around your resources, and conversely, what others have to offer becomes important. The Sun and Moon are also in a grand trine, though out of sign, with Uranus in Gemini or your sector of joy, artistry, games, love life and celebrations, and Pluto in your sign. This could reset your approach to working with others, as you acknowledge the practical input of a partner, welcoming a committed fresh start, also being realistic in your expectations of what a collaborator is able to give or come together on. Your material possessions, desires and input can be apparent too. A path of wisdom, adventure, or faith could inform this fresh start, with Mercury, ruler of this New Moon, nearby in your ninth house of philosophy, publishing, and knowledge, so you might consider what you want from your beliefs and worldview, trusting you can take a chance on others, and explore further.

On the 22nd, Mars enters Scorpio and your tenth house of career and vocation, and this may be a strong, exciting time for your professional advancement, or the pursuit of success that’s outwardly visible. The weeks that follow could see you thriving in publicly, leading – or meeting an ambition, praise or accolade. Your public image could be a hot topic, although there is also to consider the square to Pluto during this Mars ingress, which may add transformational pressure, perhaps as you consider your personal evolution, true identity, and what you represent and embody.

The Libra Equinox arrives on this day too, as Sun enters Libra arriving there opposite Neptune, and forming another grand trine in Air with Uranus and Pluto. This brings the spotlight to long-distance connections, with people further afield emphasized. You could find yourself very focused on those that are from somewhere different, and might flirt with destiny, opening your heart to someone unique, culturally, or philosophically outside of what’s known. Meanwhile, your ideas could play into a foreign point of view, with an openness to dissipating your own opinions in favor of another lens.
