Henry Seltzer, a practicing astrologer and software developer, founded TimePassages in 1995 with the goal of making this wisdom accessible through technology. His background in the humanistic tradition and his belief in astrology's power for inner development inspired the original desktop program — one of the first to combine professional-grade chart calculation with in-depth interpretation tools designed to support self-understanding.

That vision continues through the next generation. Asia Seltzer helped bring TimePassages into the mobile era, reimagining its design and interface for a wider audience while staying true to its core spirit.
