This is yet another month of transformation and consolidation for you, Cancer, following the retrograde of Mercury last month through the home and family sector of your chart. You have been rethinking matters related to your home base, both in terms of dwelling, and also family dynamics, including family of origin, perhaps as well those complexes deriving from early childhood, as you can come to see them and better accept these walled-off parts of yourself. You are seeking a smoother integration between public life and private concerns, plus greater alignment between your work in the world and your most basic bottom-line values. Equally emphasized this month is getting some new plans and goals in place for yourself moving forward. A conservative attitude also exists within you, perhaps related to important partners, not to go too far, or too fast, and yet there is still that urge to jump the tracks of existing practices and to swing for the fences! As your relationship dynamic continues to shift, you must exercise discernment to find the proper balance in all things.

Mercury Retrograde in Libra in the past month may have brought up issues related to your domestic life. There may have been some delays to contend with as Mercury was moving retrograde for most of October and things could finally be gaining traction in that area of your life. Mercury’s extended stay in the sign of Libra may have helped you clarify an issue with a family member or allow you to spend more time at home getting your space organized and you should start to feel like you’re back on track as November begins.
The New Moon on the 4th takes place in the Water sign of Scorpio which signals the beginning of a new cycle in the sector of your chart that relates to romance, children, creativity, and more extensively what brings you joy. This may be an exciting time and the beginning of a more passionate and inspired period. The New Moon opposes Uranus and squares Saturn, two major players in the astrology of 2021, and therefore this New Moon configuration could highlight tensions between your dreams and your fears around belonging. On one hand, you may feel the urge to branch out and follow your own personal path. However, you may also deep down feel a greater need to belong and connect to a community. There may be disappointment or cynicism attached to your desire to break free from the collectivity or a particular community. This Scorpio New Moon carries the seeds of your own personal and unique contribution to the whole, and this may be a good time to reflect on what you are passionate about while seeding your intentions. Mercury joins the Sun and Mars in Scorpio the day after the New Moon, which should emphasize and also clarify your desires in the coming weeks.
Venus enters your opposite sign of Capricorn on the 5th as well, corresponding to your partnerships, where she will be transiting for an exceptionally long time, to March 2022, due to her moving retrograde in late December and for most of January. Venus will be in Capricorn for the next seventeen weeks! This could prove to highlight your relational sector and prompt a longer revision related to boundaries and the types of relationship you want, versus the ones you may be ready to let go of. Mercury and Venus form a sextile on this day as they both enter new signs, showing a potentially supportive influence permeating the first week of November especially when it comes to relating with important others in your life and getting what you want.
Mars and Mercury form a conjunction in Scorpio on the 9th and 10th while squaring Saturn in Aquarius auguring a potentially dynamic few days. Issues around shared resources or intimate partnerships may come up and it may feel harder to come to an agreement. The Sun in Scorpio comes into a trine with mystical Neptune on the 11th and 12th which could bring emotions to the surface to be dealt with in a more conscious manner. Also, your intuition is strong. Mid-month could be exceptionally creative if you adopt a fluid and flexible approach. The Sun squares Jupiter in Aquarius on the 15th and sextiles Pluto on the 16th, and these aspects could be productive, especially if you are honest with yourself regarding your needs.
The Taurus Full Moon, which is also a partial Lunar Eclipse, takes place in the sign of Taurus on the 19th emphasizing the collectivity and your role within it. You may feel yourself gazing forward with a powerful urge to bring your contribution to this changing world. The new thoughts and ideas that are emerging at this time will continue to evolve and may become more tangible by the time of the Solar Eclipse New Moon in Taurus occurring in late April of next year. For now, simply pay attention to new hopes and wishes that are emerging as they may be clues of future trends to come.
The Sun enters Sagittarius on the 21st and Mercury follows suit on the 24th which may bring a need to attend to the logistical aspects of your daily life and how you organize your time. You may feel like you need to integrate more movements or physical exercise into your daily life, and it may be a good time to do so. The last week of November has a host of supportive aspects that can help you find the right balance between work and play. Moving around and doing what you love is indicated for you, and should feel especially therapeutic all month.
