This month is something of a mixed bag for you, Virgo. The recent retrograde of Mercury, your ruler, still recovering as the month begins, has led you through an introspective period of time in recent weeks that has had as its focus your relationships in general, and perhaps also in the case of a particular partner. This influence is winding down considerably with March having passed, and yet is still a factor in how you see your changing relationship dynamic in the opening week of April. This is subject to your evolving beliefs and worldview, featured in the month’s early going, and also considerations of partnership agreements and issues of intimacy, represented for you by Aries – the sign an increasing number of planets occupy as the April month continues to unfold. Because these have included Eris and Chiron in close conjunction since the middle of March, it is likely that inner wounding, as symbolized by Chiron, the Wounded Healer, has been coming up as is likely to continue until you get the message. The key is that that hidden places deep inside you have been walled away from your more conscious understanding and integration as perhaps too painful at the time for your immature early self to process, and these could have to do, either directly or indirectly, with intimate relationship in your life. When you feel these issues arise, you win if you can decide to not any longer turn away, but rather to embrace these cast-off, hurt, and lonely parts of yourself that benefit extremely from forgiveness and loving acceptance. That’s the work, and none of it is easy. The rewards are there when you allow yourself the time and intentional attendance to honor the past in all its manifestations. As far as unexpected revelations go, there is also this month the highlighted presence of Uranus to consider. Near the top of your chart, this powerful trans-personal archetype represents a factor of surprising ideas and unexpected events related to vocational aspirations and to your life in general as you continue internal explorations in this month’s developmental arc. The Aries New Moon of the 17th marks another potent juncture, when eight planets including Eris align in your eighth sector of intimacy and personal evolution. Thus, the transformational beat goes on.
