Your season is well underway as the month begins, and yet August starts on a fresh note for you. This is because the recent July 28th New Moon in your sign offered a reset and initiated a new cycle related to your overall well-being. This revitalizing energy permeates much of the current month and makes way for new things to come into your life in the months ahead. August is all about what you want and what you need to feel good. Your sense of faith could be returning as Jupiter in Aries in a supportive trine with the New Moon brings an optimistic and broadening influence. It may be easier to invite joy after a period of heavier reflection and actually celebrate the simple pleasures of life. Although your relationship with others continues to be a work in progress, you may also be able to take stock of the people who are loyal to you and are here to support you. You might not be able to completely escape feelings of vulnerability but the opportunity to make friends with the gentler and more delicate sides of your personality continue throughout this month.

From August 1st to August 2nd, Mars, Uranus and the North Node perfect their conjunction that was also part of the New Moon configuration. This dynamic triple conjunction which could trigger a need within you this month to try to stabilize what feels shaky. You may have to contend with not having all the answers at this time or be forced outside of your comfort zone. You could feel a certain amount of pressure coming from your need to figure out a career trajectory but there might not be an easy answer. It may be hard to know where things are heading but this sort of influence could be great for experimenting with some of your most innovative ideas.

Mercury’s ingress into the sign of Virgo on the 4th brings attention to your resources, your personal finance and your sense of self-worth in the following weeks. Since the emphasis is mostly on your personal desires while the Sun is in Leo, you may be craving more autonomy to do what you want.

On August 6th through the 7th, Venus in Cancer trines Neptune, showing that you could also be struggling with branching out on your own due to a hidden fear of not being supported. Mars in Taurus forming a square with Saturn in Aquarius on the same days could bring important negotiations with others. You or someone else may be pushing hard to get what they want but it could be hard to come to a compromise at this time.

The Aquarius Full Moon in your opposite sign takes place on the 11th, and shines a light on your partnerships. The Full Moon forming a conjunction with Saturn there in your relationship sector may reflect a focus on commitment, and highlight the work you have recently been putting on your partnership dynamics for them to run more smoothly. If things have become overly complicated with someone, this Full Moon could be a relationship flash point. Otherwise, this could be a time of renewed commitment and maturity in your partnership. The Full Moon also squares Uranus in Taurus which may bring surprise events or unresolved tension to the surface. You may have to find more proactive ways to divide your time and energy in order to move forward at this time. Things continue to be a bit stressful until at least the 18th.

Venus enters Leo and then comes into an exciting trine with Jupiter in Aries on the 18th which can help you reconnect with your sense of purpose in a major way. Your desires could come to the forefront during this second half of August and it may feel easier to go after what you want.

Mars enters Gemini on the 20th where it will be spending the next seven months emphasizing the part of your chart that relates to your vision for the future, your aspirations and the people who can help you achieve them. This is the beginning of an exciting phase and Mars in Gemini might help you connect more readily with like-minded people and communities who can support what you are trying to achieve in this world. Collaborations might be in the works, so it is best not to shy away from networking opportunities.

The Sun enters Virgo on the 23rd where it will spend the next thirty days emphasizing the financial sector of your chart and what you value. Also, Mercury forming an opposition with Neptune, on August 20th through the 22nd, could render your agreements with others somewhat nebulous if they are not clearly delineated.

Mercury enters Libra on the 25th which may help with collaborations especially with siblings or close friends; although you might have to wait until the New Moon in Virgo at the end of the month to get a clearer picture of what you have to work with.

On August 25th and 26th, Venus in Leo forms a square with Uranus in Taurus, and an opposition with Saturn in Aquarius, continuing to highlight the complex dynamics at play in your life right now. It may be hard to find the right balance between your personal needs, ambitions and the demands of others in your life but the tension at this time could help you evolve out of obsolete frameworks.

The Virgo New Moon of August 27th marks a renewed focus on matters of your values and your resources, including your financial ones, over the next lunation cycle encompassing most of September.
