Libra Horoscope for November 2017

This is a watershed month for you, Libra, and one with important shifts in your understanding of your fundamental mission statement. The impact of current or potential partners for you is also up for renewed awareness and reconsideration. You are making something of a fresh start following the recent New Moon in your sign, from the final weeks of October. Mystical forces are coming into greater visibility for you, continuing into the present. Some of the evidence has accumulated from observing surprisingly coincidental events, and other synchronicities, leading to unexpectedly close connections, or perhaps fluctuations within existing relationships. At the time of the November 3rd Full Moon, partnership comes into even greater focus. Unexpected gains are likely in combination with an important other. As the month unfolds, you are led as well to a significant shift in your most basic values. As you come to a better understanding of your true destiny, this involves personal interaction.

A wonderful way to begin your November, for all Libras, is by engaging in a ceremony or personal prayer ritual for inner strength. Not saying anything bad is headed your way, but sometimes Life hands us experiences that we don't feel prepared for (even if it is what we deserve). That prayer for strength is like having a motivational meeting with your own Soul. As for all of us, you could do with more inner strength in the face of challenging times.

Your ruling planet Venus is disappearing from our skies and pulling further away from Earth. It's a time for you to take very honest stock of what you need to surrender now. This doesn't have to be something that's not working for you. When you look around in your home or in your social life or in your work life, what wants to be let go of (even if you think you're not ready to let go of it)?

Let's face it, you sometimes you go a little far with the social pleasantries just to give others no reason to not like you. This month would be a time to surrender those too. The reason is that you want all your available energy at your disposal now. The extra energy it takes to maintain social etiquette (even online etiquette) you'd do better to retain it for when you really need it.

In the middle of the month, Venus meets up with Jupiter. Astrologers call this a conjunction, but this one is special. Venus and Jupiter will be so close together (as seen from Earth) that it will look like they are one shining light in the sky. You'l want to watch that some areas of your life don't get out of control or grow too fast. It would be easy for that to happen. While there's time, ask yourself: Do you believe there can be too much of a good thing? If you do, you'll likely catch yourself before letting things spiral into excess. If you don't, the latter half of November may give you a direct experience of "more is not always better."
