This month follows a climactic and soul-shaking January, for you Libra, and represents something of a chance to get your balance. There have been powerful realizations involving what goes on beneath the surface layers of your personality, and your challenge now is to sort through these and decide which in particular to take seriously, and to honor with your commitment for change. Early in the month, after the first week, inner wounding is also quite likely to arise, hopefully to be dealt with in some form or fashion. You do best during this powerful monthly cycle when you work with your intuition to connect with lost and lonely parts of yourself that desperately need your attention. That this is happening in a February with quite a powerful Mercury Retrograde taking place in its second half also presents challenges. You might note that you will be in an introspective rather than an active mode, attempting to more fully understand what you are witnessing within yourself, rather than springing too soon into action.

With your ruler Venus still transiting in her exalted sign of Pisces, your focus to begin the month is on your well being. Venus in Pisces has also been helpful for finding greater ease in organizing your schedule. Implementing better health habits has been on your mind as well, and you still have until February 7th for the best timing to streamline that part of your life. On February 2nd and 3rd, Venus sextile Pluto and Saturn in Capricorn brings intensity to your relationship and the desire to deepen the existing ones. Superficial conversations won’t do at this time, and you could be looking for powerful exchanges that transform you. However, this transit also brings up a sobering outlook on your current situation. Conversations about boundaries or a desire for serious commitments could come up.

Mercury also enters Pisces on February 3rd and sextiles Uranus in Taurus on February 4th and 5th; this could be something of a wild ride, especially in your thought and verbal expression. Pay attention to what comes up at this time as you could be prompted to revisit that topic around the Spring Equinox on March 21st.

On February 7th Venus leaves Pisces for the fiery terrain of Aries (until March 4th). Since Venus is your ruler and Aries is your opposite sign on the Zodiac, her transit here should be quite significant and speak to relation to others. Partnerships will be highlighted. There could also however be less patience in your makeup while Venus travels here. Venus in Aries will surely ignite your desire to relate while simultaneously asking for greater compromises to be initiated on your part.

The Full Moon in Leo on late evening of February 8th/9th highlights your place in the community, your social circle, and your acquaintances. This Full Moon should give you ample energy for networking and it would be an excellent evening for socializing.

Conversations around partnerships continue to be on the agenda with Venus in Aries conjunct Chiron on February 9th and 10th. Healing is available especially if you are honest about your needs at this time. Aspects to Chiron can initially feel difficult, painful and extremely vulnerable. However, moving through these sensitivities can ultimately become a powerful strength. Venus squaring the Nodal Axis three days later indicates a potent desire to reconcile career, home and relationship at this time.

Mercury stations retrograde in Pisces on February 16th (until March 9th). For Libras this retrograde is an opportunity to revise your habits and adjust your routine. For the next several weeks and with the Sun entering Pisces on February 18th, you are prompted to pay attention to the ways in which you organize your daily life. Mars entering Capricorn in your home sector on the same day will lend its support. Mars will remain in Capricorn until the end of March and will be helpful to deal with logistical issues on the home front. Renovations around your house or even relocating could be possible.

The New Moon on February 23rd takes place in the sign of Pisces representing a powerful time of inception. This New Moon supports the implementation of better health habits and routines. An excellent opportunity is therefore available to you the entire second half of in February to reset your stance in regards to eating, exercising, relaxing, and working. The desire to find greater ease for these things is linked to your home and the way you manage your downtime. Venus in Aries square Jupiter in Capricorn on the day of the New Moon indicates a greater need for pleasure at this time. There could be a tendency to overestimate a situation so keep that in mind. Venus square Jupiter is a basically optimistic aspect. However with the New Moon in Pisces taking place during Mercury Retrograde, the possibility is there for doing things you might regret later. On February 25th, Mercury will meet the Sun in Pisces in an inferior conjunction as part of its retrograde cycle. This is a significant time during Mercury Retrograde that could deliver solutions on how to proceed next. Mercury will still be moving retrograde in Pisces for another few weeks but this is more or less the halfway point. Opportunities to resolve things will be augmented by Mars in Capricorn conjoining the South Node on the same day, offering closure.

The month of February ends with Venus conjunct Eris in the sign of Aries and squaring Pluto in Capricorn on February 28th. The end of the month therefore carries a powerful catalyst for change in the realm of your relationships. Old ways are being discarded as you tune in deeper to what you really want. You could however have less patience for compromising, so handle with care.
